“CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’. The reception staff then, within a few weeks got me back into have the permanent veneer fitted. It was a perfect colour match , and fit. SMILE RESTORED.. Getting an appointment is a smooth process. Dr Bhamjee is a very kind and considerate practitioner he has a wonderful manner with the children helping them feel less anxious about their check ups, and making it less stressful for us as parents too. He’s always forthcoming with his time and explains treatment and diagnostic procedures very well. We never feel rushed and he’s always happy to to answer questions so I’ve always left the practice feeling well informed about my children’s dental hygiene and health. “I've been coming here since 1958 to the same room at this surgery, was welcomed and made to feel comfortable....and was impressed with both the dentist and receptionists advice to switch to sensodyne toothpaste which has cured some dental pain I was having. And a few years since writing this above words I'm still very happy to come to this same surgery albeit now in a different room, where I feel valued and respected by Aleena Ahsan and her assistants. And further to this review which I did a few years ago, I'm delighted that Aleena has now prescribed Duraphat toothpaste and recommended a Hygienist appointment which I've now had and Zoe Sheffield was professional, caring and did an excellent job including further advice on what I can do to keep my remaining teeth.”

The dentist, Harmeet, was incredibly patient and caring, spending over two hours performing two root canals to fix a mistake left by another practice that had caused an infection. Thanks to his skill and attention to detail, he managed to save my teeth! I really appreciated the care and effort he put into making sure everything was properly treated. I finally left pain free and so grateful for the excellent service. Brilliant dentist, friendly always asks about my kids as his kids are about the same age too, now adults. Also, my parents and brother and his kids all use this dentist. Never had any problems at all.. Great parking area outside and a good atmosphere inside. Good receptionists always willing to fit you in an emergency appointment so you're not left in pain.”
