   Just been for my 3rd appointment, my 1st appointment was to sign up as a new patient. 2nd appointment which was for a full check up, which confirmed that I needed an extraction of a back tooth, not surprised, not been to a dentist since covid started. My 3rd appointment was to have the tooth removed. To be honest I was dreading this part, but the whole thing took less than 30 minutes with not to much pain, found the staff to be very friendly explaining everything in detail place was clean tidy and looked well organised. 10/10 I will be recommending this business to friends and family.    I’ve recently registered at this dentist after waiting forever to find a NHS dentist. I’ve had fillings and treatment with Farhana and she’s amazing, so reassuring and doesn’t hold any judgement, the nurse working with her is also lovely! Very patient, understanding and I found it wasn’t a long wait between appointments too. I’ve registered my son here to and he’ll be coming in due course. Amazing staff and atmosphere x

   I was very nervous having had dry socket with my previous dentist. The dentist was very gentle and thorough. I came out smiling. All the staff are friendly and helping. It is a really nice atmosphere overall. I took my elderly Mum who has advenced dementia and was not happy about having to go but everyone was so kind and reassuring. They are also wheelchair friendly. Just excellent.

   I've been a patient here for 5 years now and can't rate Fosse Dental Care enough. My Dentist Gurdeep is the best dentist I've ever had. The reception team are great, always smiley friendly and make me feel welcome. Thank you for making a pleasant experience out of something i hate doing!

   ​Years of Loyalty Undermined by Poor Service and Inflexible Policy ​I've been a patient here for many years and have recommended this surgery to family and friends primarily because of my excellent dentist, Rina Popat. She is a lovely and skilled practitioner and is the only thing keeping this review above 1 star. ​However, the front desk is a persistent problem. The reception staff are often rude, unprofessional, and display a severe lack of empathy. I was especially appalled to witness staff being impatient and raising their voice with an elderly patient who was struggling to understand them. ​My recent experience was the final straw. After needing to reschedule a filling appointment (with plenty of notice), I called to cancel the rebooked appointment this morning as I woke up with a severe sore throat and had lost my voice. Despite being genuinely sick and wanting to be responsible, I was given a late cancellation penalty. Worse, I learned the staff had incorrectly booked me for a consultation, not a filling, and was then told I'd have to pay for another new consultation with a different dentist because Dr. Popat is going on maternity leave. ​To be penalized and charged multiple consultation fees—one for an illness I can't control, and another due to internal staffing changes—shows a complete disregard for patient loyalty. I am deeply disappointed and will be leaving this surgery as soon as I can find a new dentist.

   I hadn't been to the dentists for years due to a bad experience elsewhere when I had a tooth extraction. However Dr Rina was very understanding and compassionate and understood my worries. She kept me at ease the whole time and did a filling on my wisdom tooth which had been causing me pain. I had been putting it off for months due to fear of going to a dentist but Dr Rina was very kind and professional and since then I have taken my son there and she will be our new family dentist. Very professional place and highly recommend Dr Rina Popat.

   I recently visited Fosse Dental Care for a routine checkup and cleaning, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The dentist, Rina, who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated that she was gentle yet effective in her approach, which made for a painless experience. Rina also conducted my check up and was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it was important. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire visit. Overall, I highly recommend Fosse Dental Care to anyone in need of dental care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the facilities are clean and modern. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs!

   Dr Patel is excellent. Both me and my wife have had bad advice from other dentists (trying to sell additional, and recently a very major service when not required). When seeing Dr Patel, he thoroughly examined and showed that we did not need these treatments, saving us a lot of money, time and of course the experience of having work done. Further, Dr Patel has done various work (fillings, and a reconstruction for a broken tooth) which have held out great and given me no bother at all. Absolutely recommended, one of the few dentists who isn't out there just to extract the maximum amount of money possible.

   A clean place with Covid prevention, masks are needed, still social distancing, which are for everyone’s safety and benefits, I’m glad to see. Staff is always helpful and polite, my lady dentist is very nice, friendly and gives good advises. Free parking at the back, which is not many spaces, so street parking nearby if needed. Provide both NHS and private treatments.
