Went for my initial consultation with Dr Gina, was called through and seen very quickly. The treatment I require was discussed in detail and a mock up of the colour of the bonding to be used was done to give a better idea. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Looking forward to have my smile transformed in the coming weeks.
Having been to the Burbage practice a couple of times over the past few months I wanted to write a review to express my delight in how I have been treated. Dr Gina has eased my worries and made the experience of going to the dentist so easy. Dr Gina and her nurse Lauren were very good at explaining treatment and did not pressure me into making any rash decisions, which I appreciated. Thank you.
Why can’t the staff at this place manage their time so that patients aren’t left waiting for 40 minutes plus beyond their appointment time. The utter disregard for peoples time and money is nothing short of infuriating. Last time this happened I called 20 minutes before the appointment and asked if they were running to time so that my daughter lost as little pay as possible as she would be finishing work early for the appointment. Assured there were no delayed only for us to sit there like idiots with a person ahead of us when we arrived. Strop cramming in patients, stick to realistic appointment times and show consideration to the people paying for a service.
I recently saw Dr Gina for an Invisalign scan and couldn’t be happier with the service! Dr Gina was thorough and explained everything very clearly, the whole team were brilliant from start to finish as well. Looking forward to starting my Invisalign journey here!
Nothing but great things to say about this practice. The staff are friendly and professional and evidently highly qualified. Special mention to Dr Suneet Hayer who took great care with my treatment. The practice itself is clean and well presented and there is parking conveniently located outside. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice for all dental needs.
