   I don’t want to speak badly about the staff, as children’s dental check-ups usually take around five minutes. However, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our appointment due to delays in the 2nd of September. This could have been overlooked if it weren’t for the fact that I received a parking fine while parked there, despite providing my reg number. Today I was informed that my appeal has been rejected and that I must pay £100. As a result, I will not be booking any further appointments there. It will be cheaper to take my kids for private dental check-ups instead.

   I highly recommend my dentist specifically Dr. B Chandarana and Polly, Bhavin is very kind and informative and gentle. I have a very real fear of the dentist and was quite worried about some of my teeth after avoiding treatment for a while but somehow he manages to set me at ease and is so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process! Thankyou again!

   Honestly, can't recommend this dentist office enough, the receptionist Gemma was absolutely fantastic! Super helpful and fast whilst I was having an emergency, aswell as Dr Patel and Harriet! Also fast, efficient and informative too for the after care. Id give 15 stars if I could 5 for each of them ❤️

   Don’t go here or you might get a parking ticket even if you register your car… I also paid £25 for an appointment that lasted 1 minute… NHS dentists are now a scam. Service was good and staff was polite, can’t say anything bad. But I definitely didn’t like receiving a parking ticket for £60 and after sending proof to them they still said sorry you need to pay… maybe cause someone didn’t submit my registration or they’re just crooks.

   This feedback is for from my grandad, who attended the hygienist Rama a few weeks back. He has been visiting this practice for years and, this time it was by far the best appointment he had had, he did not have any sensitivity or pain during the treatment. Rama also did stain removal, which made his teeth very white. She was very thorough in her explanation. Thank you very much for taking care of my grandad, and he says he has booked with Rama again.

   Went to see Jelena today and she was great. For a person with a fear of the dentist she was great, talked to me the whole way through and made me feel very comfortable. Eva was the dental nurse and she was awesome too talking to me and making me feel calm

   Although my appointment had been booked for sometime for a routine check up, a few weeks before a bit came off one of my teeth. I was quite happy to leave this till my check up. Unfortunately the tooth had to be taken out, but was happy it was all sorted there and then without the need for a further appointment.

   After 10 years of not going to Dentist because of previous bad experiences, had to go due to breaking a tooth whilst eating a biscuit. Dentist I saw was excellent, took a lot of time to reassure myself. Had to have tooth taken out as could not afford root canal and crown. Dentist took her time and removed tooth no pain experienced whilst removing tooth. Would have no issues going back to her again. Excellent care and attention to feelings .

   I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr Patel at Clarendon Road for a number of years. Yesterday I saw the hygienist for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the outcome; my wife couldn't believe how white they looked when I returned home. I must admit to having had reservations about seeing the hygienist but I was put completely at ease and would like to sincerely thank the hygienist and the nurse who both made sure that I was comfortable and not distressed in any way during the whole process. Highly recommended.
