   I have been a patient of this practice for more than 40 years. I feel the service level during the last 12 months has gone down. There is no transparency, explanation or breakdown of when some treatment fees have been increased or a deposit payment has been taken or cancellation charges. It would be helpful to have this on a board at reception. This is available on the website but when you are presented with a bill at reception you don't have time to go and check on the website.

   I've had to amend my review after having preventative dental work done and what should have been simple and completed in one appointment ended up leaving me unable to close my mouth, filling material sticking into my gums causing them to swell and bleed and then another FOUR appointments to correct it. The dentist was lovely and personable but as someone who had never been anxious to suddenly not be able to sleep before a dental appointment due to fear of what else may go wrong at the next visit isn't very good.

   Having had some terrible experiences with other dentists I reluctantly booked at this practice as I desperately needed antibiotics. Everyone was so polite and professional, everything was clearly explained. For once I was not being pushed to have a treatment I didn’t need! I will definitely be using this dentist again and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for the much needed support from reception to dentist.kindness always wins and shines through!

   I've been coming here since 1958 to the same room at this surgery, was welcomed and made to feel comfortable....and was impressed with both the dentist and receptionists advice to switch to sensodyne toothpaste which has cured some dental pain I was having. And a few years since writing this above words I'm still very happy to come to this same surgery albeit now in a different room, where I feel valued and respected by Aleena Ahsan and her assistants. And further to this review which I did a few years ago, I'm delighted that Aleena has now prescribed Duraphat toothpaste and recommended a Hygienist appointment which I've now had and Zoe Sheffield was professional, caring and did an excellent job including further advice on what I can do to keep my remaining teeth.

   My old dentist Colin left. Have had 2 separate issues with work done since by new dentists resulting in broken tooth and infection. So I changed and have received far better care at another practice. Also after seeing hygienist at my new practice I realised that I was not getting as good care with hygienist at Granville either.

   I've used Granville Dentist for years, always very good, but last year I decided to have Invaslign braces. Asma took me through the whole process. In less than a year I have perfect teeth and very grareful for Asma's experience and expertise. It is definitely worth and advisable to have Invaslign through the dentist.

   Ann Hayton - I could not ask for more than the service I got here I am such a nightmare patient and to say I was a wreck was an under statement, the Dentist and The saint that is Sharon could not do enough for me and I couldn't recommend this practise enough.    Very friendly and helpful service from the beginning. I was seen straight away on my appointment. My dentist Dr Dea forgive me if I have prounced it incorrectly my apologies. Was Amazing very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything and gave me good options for my denture as well. Exceptional service and quality. Definitely an assert to the company. Definitely recommend
