I had an appointment at the Dental Wellness Centre this week. The reception staff were very friendly. The dentist was Rithik and the nurse was Nisha. They were both very nice and made me feel at ease. Everything was explained properly to me and I was comfortable with my treatment.
Had my first visit yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. The place feels really welcoming, and the customer care is amazing, everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. The doctors are professional, and Dr. Shivam made me feel completely comfortable while doing everything just the way I wanted. Really satisfied with the service!
I suffer from gum disease and was afraid of losing my teeth. At my very first appointment, Dr Thanki made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I was in the right place for dealing with the disease. He is very knowledgeable and also very passionate about what he does and that also reassured me that I will get the best treatment I was looking for. I definitely have received the best treatment and both my gums and teeth feel lot healthier. I have also recommended Dr Thanki to friends for any treatment they need

From the very first conversation, Brooklyn was warm, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn’t just explain the hygiene and airflow appointment — she made it make sense, she made it feel important, and she made me feel completely at ease. The level of detail she went into, the patience she showed, and the way she answered every question so confidently honestly blew me away. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and genuinely cares about every person she speaks to. Her professionalism is outstanding, but what really stands out is her personality — friendly, uplifting, and so easy to trust. If it weren’t for Brooklyn, I genuinely don’t think I would have booked my first appointment. She’s the reason I felt confident taking that step. And she was absolutely right about everything — the dentist who did my cleaning was fantastic, just as she said. The entire experience was smooth, positive, and far better than I ever imagined. I left feeling grateful, reassured, and so happy I chose this clinic. Brooklyn deserves the highest praise — she is a true asset to the Dental Wellness Clinic, and they are incredibly lucky to have her. I can’t recommend this place enough!
I was referred by 111 and had my first visit with Dr. Shivam Puhrojit for an emergency appointment. Dr. Shivam took the time to explain the procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything — even going over it in Gujarati, which I really appreciated. He was very friendly, patient, and reassuring throughout. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!
Had to take my mother for an urgent wisdom tooth extraction. My mother was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Milan and his team were very patient with her and spent a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Milan is very professional, as he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist these days. I had been going to this dentist for the last 35 years when it was taken over by The Dental Wellness Centre. I have been twice since and I have to say I am really impressed by the staff, quality of care and the whole service. They have been fantastic with my children too, teaching them better brushing, talking to them about their teeth and not just talking to me. Really impressed.
I did my work experience at The Dental Wellness Centre, and thanks to them, I feel a lot more confident that I would love to do dentistry. From the first day, I felt welcome due to all of the staff being so friendly and welcoming. Everyone working there is incredibly skilled at their job and showed me different approaches to different situations. I would definitely recommend this practice for patients to go to, due to everyone's caring nature and will give the correct service needed. :)
After not seeing a dentist for 5+ years because of a bad experience & being absolutely petrified, I had to book an emergency appointment. The lovely girls on reception got me in on the same day. The communication between them and the dentist put me at ease and everything was explained in detail with plenty of options to keep me at ease. I went back the next day to have the tooth out and they were all amazing, so much so I would go back tomorrow for another appointment! Thank you all so much. Deserve more than 5 stars!!
