And further to this review which I did a few years ago, I'm delighted that Aleena has now prescribed Duraphat toothpaste and recommended a Hygienist appointment which I've now had and Zoe Sheffield was professional, caring and did an excellent job including further advice on what I can do to keep my remaining teeth.”

“I had to call Mr Valsamakis because of an emergency: I had a severe instant hear loss from my left ear. Mr Valsamakis was available. After a small brief from my side, he made me understand that my case was a very serious one. He told me that I had to visit him straight away. As soon as I arrived at his practice I was told that the doctor was waiting for me: he had already arranged an appointment for me to be seen ASAP. He examined my ear and said that luckily we were fast enough to prevent the worst case scenario which would be a serious otitis which could then cause a permanent damage. He was very friendly and explanatory and he totally made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. He gave me the right prescription and after a week I was feeling a lot better. My ear recovered and in my revision check he said that he was happy and the ear had completely recovered. I can’t thank him enough for his support and his effective care. Highly recommended!!!”
