   I cannot praise this dental practice enough! I was put at ease straight away with the friendly and professional receptionists. The dentist explained what he was doing throughout the appointment and I felt very calm and trusted him straight away due to his professional manner and attention to detail. All the staff I saw whilst in the building were happy and helpful. The practice is beautifully decorated, well kept and very clean. I attended this practice as an NHS patient but the whole experience felt like a private one, I would recommend this practice 100% I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT SH DENTAL PRACTICE IN LOUGHBOROUGH!

   I have recently registered my family at Sherwood House and do not regret it at all. Myself, who is fine with the dentist, my husband is totally the opposite and utterly terrified, our 10 year old son is Autistic, so can be either way depending on how comfortable he feels. On the initial check up, my husband was extremely worried/anxious he was put immediately at ease, the dentist he saw calmly explained everything and more importantly listened to his concerns. They spoke through a plan and came to a treatment agreement, he booked the next appointment, which due to his anxiety he cancelled on the day, the reception staff were very caring and understanding and helped him book a new appointment, which he attended today. He's had 5 teeth removed and it was such a positive experience. The care he has been shown by all of the staff has been exceptional. I also took my son for his check up with a different dentist and again, a hugely positive experience, he was made to feel comfortable, the dentist showed him the tools he'd be using, explained what they were for and the job was done in no time. I really cannot recommend this practise highly enough for neurodiverse patients as well as terrified ones. You have the gratitude of our family for your care and professionalism. Thankyou.

   The dentist I saw today and his dental nurse took really good care of me today when I had to have an extraction. They let me stay in the chair reassuring me until I felt well enough to leave. All of the staff at Sherwood House are amazing x

   Excellent service. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The dentist explained everything and gave advice at the end of consultation. The reception area is quite relaxing and pleasantly decorated adding to a welcoming environment. So pleased I changed to this practice some years ago, definitely the best place I've been to.

   Review for SH Dental In 2024, I was not very impressed with the young lady at reception. Because of this, I decided to leave as a patient myself but kept my two children with SH Dental to see how things would go. At that time, her customer service showed little empathy and understanding of the situation, she seemed to put her own opinion above the customer’s. However, this year I have noticed a great improvement. The older and more mature lady at reception provides excellent service, handling customers calmly, professionally, and with care. I hope this feedback is helpful. Everything else about the clinic has always been very good — it is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by capable professionals. Kind regards

   Since the new business owners took over the practice, the tired surgery has been transformed into a bright, airy and modern practice. Friendly reception staff and very pleasant dentists who seem to really care about their patients. Both NHS and private treatment is available, but they are not pushy, it's the patient's choice.

   Overall experience of a check up was pleasant. Had a conversation with one of the dental nurses who was extremely rude and very defensive when I was asking a question about something I had been told. I was then basically told that I way lying about multiple appointments that they canceled. I wouldn’t go here for private treatment personally but the NHS check up had no faults.

   Sherwood House has been my dental practice for a few years now. The commute from Leicester to Loughborough is trivial compared to the level of care and service received. Guys I love the Tik Tok videos. It shows the place is fun for staff to be at and a happy practice means happy patients! Keep up the good work!
