   I had an appointment back in October for my usual check up and brought my then 16 month old daughter with me for her first ever appointment. We saw Mr Atalla after being on Mr Mercala’s list for many years and I was a bit nervous but Mr Atalla was excellent and I needn’t have worried. He was so kind, reassuring and had a nice sense of humour which made the visit much more pleasant (and no one likes the dentist!). With my daughter he was patient and took his time to gain her trust and even gave her a choice of stickers at the end. 2 weeks later I had to return for a filling as on the x-ray he’d picked up that I had a weakened tooth and although that wasn’t pleasant due to the location of it he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and took his time so I didn’t feel rushed or anxious and it was over within 20 minutes. I liked him so much that my husband registered there as a new patient and has an appointment with him. Thank you ☺️

   Had appt for 6 month check up. I expected to get a general polish included. Appt over in 5 mins. All staff were polite and helpful as usual. Just wanted a quick clean as usual. Did not query it with Arti.

   Once again a pleasant dental check up with Richard Stewart. He takes time to explain every part of the procedure. Excellent for those who are nervous about going to the dentist. The practice kept me well informed as to when my appointment would be, and the receptionist came across well with a friendly manner. Overall a good experience.

   Dr. Fahim and Eva are fantastic with toddlers. We were nervous about our two-year-old's first check-up, but the entire visit was handled well. The dentist took the time to explain everything and used such a calm, playful approach that our son was completely at ease. There were no tears, only smiles! It's clear that they understand how to connect with little ones, making sure their first dental memory is a happy one.

   I neglected my dental health for years, I had a very incorrect fear they were something to be scared of, and I am delighted that I have found this dentist. Not only did they not lecture me they showed complete understanding. Dentist, hygienist, reception, everyone is kind and puts you at ease. You are always their concern. Very timely. Excellent comms prior to your appointment. Good clean environment. Competitively priced too.

   Having been a regular patient for over 30 years, I am disappointed with the lack on investment in the practise in terms of the technology and yet the prices are increasing considerably. Having been for a check up and visit to the hygienist, 2 months later I visited a different surgery and was amazed that I have a leaking filling, which when removed the decay underneath was not far short of needing a root canal. My gums were bleeding and this was identified as early gum disease which I had treated under local anaesthetic. My teeth are in much better condition and the technology used, photos taken throughout the process, fill me with greater confidence. We have one set of teeth we need to make sure they are being looked after by the best.

   In the 6/7 years I’ve been registered I’ve always had a great experience at this practice. Continuity of care is excellent - I’ve always seen the same dentist. The receptionists are all polite, helpful and friendly. More recently needed quick treatment for a problem I had and was seen the same day and the problem fixed the following day. Franco is very good and reassuring and I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my teeth! Thank you all!

   Google prompted me to review so it's a tad impromptu. I just looked at the 1 stars - if you take out the people who can't be bothered to get there on time and the peeps who only turn up when they're in pain - basically, there's nowt left. I used to like MrMaud, lovely fellah but he sold out and there's a thundering herd of dentists there now. All very efficient though. I'm a simple guy who just goes twice a year to see Charlotte who's the hygienist. Charlotte has been there years and she's great. Unfortunately, I have to pinch myself and remove instant thoughts I get when I think about 2 lovely girls in dentist outfits, 1 bloke and a multi-position chair. Stop it. Rock on.

   My appointment was with Lama on 20/12/22. She is a very caring and kind dentist, aware that I am not the bravest patient. Lama very skilfully & gently replaced old fillings in my front teeth. The end result was better than I ever could have imagined. My very grateful thanks to you Lama.
