Me and my family had our first dental appointment today. On arrival was greeted by lovely staff on reception. Hannah our dentist was so welcoming and great with my autistic daughter. Our experience was top class and we felt very well looked after.
I had two extractions recently and was a very nervous patient, but Dr Mohammad Patel and Jasmine Peel were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with me from start to finish, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Their calm, reassuring approach made such a difference, and I genuinely felt cared for. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness — I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you get anxious about dental treatment.
Was incredibly anxious after negative experiences previously (not here). The receptionist I spoke to was kind, caring and understanding of my fears. Having my first appointment with Jack today was such a reassuring experience. He listened, didn’t judge and sympathised with my fears. He also was understanding of my high risk pregnancy needs and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Completely refreshing experience and look forward to working with him to improve my smile. Thank you again!
I can't thank Jack and Jasmine enough for their kind care when I visited them recently with a broken tooth. I was afraid I'd lose the tooth, but Jack was so reassuring. He made it good, and the tooth feels better than it did before. The injection was totally painless, and Jack explained everything before he started. I will not dread the dentist appointment again. Thank you to Jack and Jasmine for their kindness and expert care.
5 Stars across the board. I hadn't been to a dentist for nearly 10 years, and my fear was bordering on phobia. After one appointment with Dr Bhatt and Ellie, I felt so assured and confident, and just three months later, am leaving with a smile and care I am so happy with. I know that I would feel completely happy with any dentist and dental nurse here as it's clear that Dr Bhatt's methods and attitudes are employed across the practice, from the front door and reception right through to procedures and check ups. Even if I move away from the area, I'll never be leaving Blaby Dental Practice - I can't recommend it highly enough.
Friendly and professional service, good communication, nice environment. Always feels like the dentists are doing a really thorough job, and they're good at explaining what's going on and the options. As a family we've been at the practice for many years now and have been really pleased with the service.
Very happy with the service and treatment I get. Staff are very helpful and dentists are professional. Not had any problems so far after several years of being with them. I am always seen quickly on the odd occasion I have needed an emergency appointment.
Regularly visit the hygienist at Blaby Dental Practice who is reassuring and friendly and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Always punctual and does a great job. Have also had good experiences with the dentists during regular check ups. They are very good with nervous patients (bad experiences with previous dentists) and I would highly recommend the team at this practice.
My experience with Blaby Dental Practice was excellent. Dr Jasmin Green and nurse Handon could not be faltered They portrayed kindness thoughtfulness, and empathy and never too busy to listen. My thanks to Catherine who knows how to weigh a situation up and put what is necessary into action. I shall be eternally grateful to these 3 people.
