“CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’.
