“CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’. The reception staff then, within a few weeks got me back into have the permanent veneer fitted. It was a perfect colour match , and fit. SMILE RESTORED.. “I've been a patient of Hallcross and their predecessors since I was a toddler in the late 1960s. I've never been to another dentists in my life. I've been lucky and haven't needed a lot of dental treatment over the years, but last Saturday a large chunk of one of my top teeth broke off, which required a large filling. Hallcross got it looked at quickly and this afternoon, Dr Jeevan Sandhar and her assistant Erica made a wonderful job of repairing the tooth. I was expecting it to be just a sort of flat filling, but somehow she's been able to make it into a very close replica of the missing bit, in spite of not having the original to copy (thankfully, because I swallowed it!) I must add that I suffer quite badly from a gagging reflex these days, but both ladies were brilliant in allowing me to collect myself as necessary, while still doing an excellent job of the filling. Given I think I must be quite a challenging patient to treat, I can't thank them both enough for what they did.”
