“After struggling with worsening lower back pain for over a year, it came to a head when I fell at home after my office chair slid out from under me. Within days, climbing the stairs was extremely difficult and the spasms were unbearable. My GP referred me for an MRI and prescribed codeine, which unfortunately didn’t agree with me. Having driven past the Spine Clinic many times, I decided to book an appointment to see if they could help. I was lucky to be seen within a couple of days, and Krishan began gentle treatment and provided a clear programme to follow. Just three weeks and four sessions later, I am in significantly less pain, far more mobile, and moving comfortably again. Through the Spine Clinic app, Krishan has also provided daily stretching and strengthening exercises, which have made a real difference to my wellbeing. I only wish I had addressed the problem sooner. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing back pain to contact the team at the Spine Clinic and not wait for an acute flare-up like I did.”

“I have always found this surgery. Very helpful when I contact them via the online system. Nine times out of 10. I always get a call back one of the doctors rings me as I am being monitored on certain medications, I have always found them pleasant and caring although I find the female doctors to be better than the males. That is not a sexist. Comment It has just been my experience. Overall I find the practise very good”

I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’. The reception staff then, within a few weeks got me back into have the permanent veneer fitted. It was a perfect colour match , and fit. SMILE RESTORED..
