Within days, climbing the stairs was extremely difficult and the spasms were unbearable. My GP referred me for an MRI and prescribed codeine, which unfortunately didn’t agree with me. Having driven past the Spine Clinic many times, I decided to book an appointment to see if they could help. I was lucky to be seen within a couple of days, and Krishan began gentle treatment and provided a clear programme to follow. Just three weeks and four sessions later, I am in significantly less pain, far more mobile, and moving comfortably again. Through the Spine Clinic app, Krishan has also provided daily stretching and strengthening exercises, which have made a real difference to my wellbeing. I only wish I had addressed the problem sooner. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing back pain to contact the team at the Spine Clinic and not wait for an acute flare-up like I did.”
