“I was determined to remember to write a review because wow the girls had the most amazing time. I didn’t know what to expect and it by far exceeded all expectations and blew the girls minds. Started with a good 40 mins in the hot tub with little welcome mocktails. The lady looking after them “Ellie” made the girls instantly at ease and described exactly what was going to happen through the day and checked in regularly with them. They had lovely little massages, and they always make sure the girls who aren’t having a treatment have something to do like amazing hot choccies. The ladies were really respectful of their young ages and made them feel safe and looked after. We weren’t ever left without anything to do or milling around and didn’t feel rushed to leave. The afternoon tea was amazing and definitely exceeded expectations again! Thanks so much for a great day for the girls. We will definitely come again and highly recommend. And special thanks to Ellie who the girls are totally in love with!”

“We took our German Shepherd, who is very nervous with people he doesn't know and tends to growl at them. The staff at Ruff to Royal were fantastic with him and made him feel at ease. He let them bath him, groom him, and even clip his claws, where he would usually shrink away from strangers. Well done to all of the staff for giving our family dog a wonderful experience. “I didn't stay as a guest, we attended a convention there. And the place was absolutely stunning, so many pretty details. The rooms were really spacious, and laid out so disability access was nice. There were lifts as we as stairs, and it was a wonderful day. There were plenty of places to sit and rest as needed.”

“We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel on Caledonian break. Reading some previous reviews I can perhaps see why it is maybe not for solo travellers. It is true that It was very busy and there were queues for breakfast and dinner but the restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly and always found you a table very quickly. It is well worth the wait as the food is amazing. The breakfast was as good as we have had anywhere and a lot better than many we have stayed at with loads of choice. Dinner was effectively a choice between a roast, a veggie option and one other like a curry for example but as it was buffet style you could help yourself to as much as you want from each option. The food was always hot and tasty. The hotel itself is fabulous with many comfortable places to sit and enjoy a drink and chat with friends old and new. As we were with Caledonian we had an excursion each day so we didn't have time to walk around the grounds to appreciate how vast and well laid out they were. The local village is a 5 minute walk through the car park by the church and there is a lovely friendly and welcoming pub which we went to before dinner each night. Finally I would say that the staff are a credit to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel and going with Caledonian you get a fantastic deal as well.”

Harvey on reception was so helpful - right from when we rang up to say we would be late up to recommending a place for us to eat at lunch (Giggling Squid), which I would also highly recommend! “Honestly but surprised on read the reviews on Nuffield Health Leicester. I joined October 2024 and pretty much I’m there 6 classes a week. Now I main go early morning and there is no issue of over being crowded. My 5 star review is based on has my fitness and health improved! Easy answer yes. Again my review do I feel comfortable in the Gym! Yes. Don’t feel intimidated at all. Are the staffing helpful and friendly! Yes. My review will be 5 stars as I’m getting everything I need. Now I can understand a few comments people have made. The studios floors really could with a few repairs. Showing new members around and seeing this is not a good impression. Honestly the gym could do with a bit of improvement, but again currently I’m very happy with the site. Thanks for helping me improve my fitness”
