I’ve had a number of personal trainers over the years and I can honestly say that she is features as one of the best I’ve had! From my initial discussions with Annie over the phone when deciding on who to go with, to meeting her and having my sessions, the level of service I have had has been outstanding! Annie motivates, supports, encourages and understands your goals and what you want to achieve and really puts in her all. Annie continually checks in to make sure we are both on the right page and working towards the same goal! Her friendly nature makes training all so very comfortable too! Thanks so much Annie!!! “Good place. Clean toilets. Cool water which is perfect for hot days. Serve coffee, milkshakes and good. Planty of picnic tables. Free parking. Not allowed to take pictures there.”

“I had a good experience from start to finish. I left a message saying the pool was a mess it hadn't been used in three years & was more of a frog pond than a pool . Elliott go straight back to me , He turned up on the appointed day nice & early. We discussed options as I was on a bit of a dead line, He worked with me on that and got it all done in time . On installation day He did it himself and it's a large Hopper pool. The water was in and filling up nicely , He came back the next morning nice and early and added the chemicals and it looks brilliant again. I would definitely recommend this company . I will be calling him for advice and cleaning in the future .”

“We were asked by our Daughter in Law to take our Grandaughter swimming. The building was easy to find with clear parking. The welcome was warm and clear instructions given. We were able to watch her swimming class from the balconey comfortably seated. There appeared to be many events held in is busy establishment. A good facility for all to use.”

“I required some very specific pool lighting, supplied within a very, very tight timeframe. Merlin were the only company I spoke to who were willing to take on the challenging request. The lights were sourced & delivered directly to me within just a few days, enabling the project to be completed on time. I was kept updated on progress and they made what seemed an impossible task, seem extremely simple. Superb customer service and a pleasure to deal with! Look no further - Give these guys a call!”

“Sunday, men only swimming is brilliant and enjoying with my boys every weekend. Clean and ample shower and changing rooms. Several allocated on street free parking right outside the center and usually get full but worth waiting get a free spot (10 -15 minutes). No shops right outside but plenty are there 5 minutes walk away. Halal and Vegitarian options. Kids outdoor play area and outdoor gym, public park and library is located right opposite side of the center.”

“Stayed for one night - such a lovely well maintained site - loos and showers were great, whole site was immaculate. Friendly welcome and recommendations for great local pub. Had a great time - definitely recommend!”

“We really enjoyed this visit, it is worth booking as you have to get the bus from the car park to the house, really great your and house, so quirky, the food was great for a snaky lunch and there are lots of nice picnic tables if you want to take your own, super friendly staff”

“Lovely club for darts, pool and snooker or just a relaxing drink. Car park ok but not big enough for the amount of people who used it the night cwe went. Good staff, very clean”

“We stayed in Border Leicester hub it was lovely had more than what is said you will have. Went to the Royal Horseshoe pub in the village about a 15 min walk food was nice.”

“A very large reserve. With about 30 hides to visit you will need to be selective if you are only there for one day. All hides we entered had identification guides on the walls and were in good condition. A well maintained path network between hides. A large visitor centre with a viewing gallery.”

“Always a great place to visit. Sunsets are beautiful to see up there. Solstice is a must. The rocks are of Geological importance. Great views. Don't be surprised to see very long horned cows. They live there. They are a very placid breed. Very photogenic. Dogs on leads. There's a few different paths down to the lower ground. It's a nice walk down but seems very steep on the way back up. Deepening on your fitness level.”

“Amazing place. It was raining while we have been there but still well spent money. Whole visit took us around 1h30m. Ticket for senior was £10,25 and for adult £13,95. Free off road parking with toilets on the car park and inside. Lots of "washing hands" places. Bag of treats, including worms, nuts, seeds and fruits cost us £6 which i think was a good and reasonable price. Staff was very polite and friendly. There was always somebody available if needed. Wasn't too busy as our visit was on Tuesday when was raining but can't complain about this. We made 182 photos and 13 videos. Great experience and great memories. The place looks like is wheelchair friendly (but please double check). There was also small playground for the kids. So in few words: yes, the place is well worth to visit.”
