   Staff were really friendly and helpful! However, my issue is with the facilities. They had the same nappy changing stool from when I was little and taking lessons which is over 25 years ago! The changing rooms again haven’t changed and they just reek of urine regardless of how much they are cleaned. Will not be going here again as it’s really unhygienic especially when taking young children. On top of this, they’ve just announced they will be raising the prices for swimming soon, wouldn’t actually mind paying this if the facilities were actually worth it.

   The timetable is not up to date and there should be a separate swim timetable available for every holiday so people can plan. I am absolutely outraged that every time I want to go swimming I am unable to due to miscommunication or due to the inefficiency of the council to provide us with information that is needed. Additionally, I am extremely unhappy that walk ins are not available during the holidays and that you have to book to get in to swim sessions. Lastly, I am extremely disappointed that booking is soo hard and does not cater for those who have other commitments and can only attend on the weekends.

   Staff are lovely in particular the reception staff. A key issue for me is if your kids are taking classes - the monitoring and progress check is weak. Not all staff have access to a device regularly which essentially leads to data not being entered. Have raised this multiple times but still not being sorted. Some of the coaches are excellent in particular Raj and Carrie. The above concern is notraditional a staff issue but rather resources.

2. Miss ★☆☆☆☆

   Horrendous hygiene in the disabled changing room. Human waste on toilet seat and filth all over floor shower head shower curtains. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE at all. Please consider your cleaning regime. Very unhygienic atmosphere. I am pretty sure own staff wouldn’t want to use the place for their own use in such condition.

   I love this place, learnt to swim here 40 years ago. However, the place has not changed one bit in 40 years....pools are the same, showers are the same, changing rooms are the same, reception area is the same....I wish I was the same from 40 years ago!

   The changing rooms stinks. Even though it has been recently refurbished but no regular cleaning makes it so difficult to use them especially if it smells like a wee.
