   Just returned home from a peaceful 1 night stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful with plenty of advice on the local area. Onsite shop available at your convenience for any urgent supplies should you need them. All pitches are very well maintained, spacious, and have a picnic table! Bird feeders are installed at every pitch so watching the birds indulge on their feed was great. Toilet and shower block were very clean and tidy. We had a pleasant walk into Whissendine to the local pub for a great meal and drink. We look forward to returning in the summer months to benefit from the pool and beautiful surroundings!!

The site is beautifully maintained with landscaped grounds, a heated outdoor pool, and eco-friendly touches throughout. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rutland Water, Stamford, and the surrounding villages, while still offering a relaxing retreat to unwind. Local amenities amd lovely village pub only 20mins walk away.

   What a great place! It is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The pitches (whole site) are incredibly well maintained. Loved the shop with the honesty box. Plus how many small sites have a swimming pool, Greendale does. Alan and Jackie have done a fantastic job, it truly is an impressive place to stay.

   Absolute perfection from start to finish. Booking was really easy. On arrival we received such a warm welcome. After helping us set up (we had pitch 13 which was all grass and fantastic for our little van and toilet visits) we were shown where everything could be found and given excellent directions to the pub which is a gentle 20 minute stroll (less if your pup is more sprightly). The pool was sadly closed due to the persistent rain but it was as immaculately kept as everything else on site. The owners are constantly out and about keeping everything in tip top shape and are so personable. It was such a joy to meet Nigel! The site is so pretty and peaceful. The facilities are immaculately clean. We felt safe and secure during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others. We will definitely be returning.

   Just returned from 11 night stay at Greendale Farm, had the most relaxing holiday .The site is a credit to Alan and Jackie, all the facilities are spotless, and grounds are beautiful ,lovely to watch the variety of birds at the feeders around the site.A visit to the local pub and the windmill are a must. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for next year before we left. Thank you again for all your help when we were setting up and suggestions for walks and places to visit. Jenny & Pete

   What a gem of a site! My word, I cannot describe how beautiful this site is. The owners Alan and Jackie are so welcoming, could not do enough for us, gave us so much local information on where to go, bus timetables and much more, we could not have asked for more! Beautifully kept site in the middle of gorgeous countryside, with the added bonus of a lovely swimming pool. Facilities perfect, small shop on site, so helpful and we will definitely be returning soon! Thanks to you both for a wonderful week.
