   Fitted me a kenwood dmx7722dabs and I'm very pleased with how quick and tidy it was done. Unfortunately because it's an older car they were unable to sort the correct facia so they knocked 10% off fitting which was fair but overall Im very happy.

   very bad, sorry. i had gone for repair and they fitted faulty part. i contacted customer services and they re directed me again. That was done free, thankfully. then the manager out of rage did not rectify the issue fully. still my warning sign is on and asking me to go to my car dealers..then why did i pay halfords??

   I booked ,and paid for,an MOT online ,which was very easy and i was able to choose a time slot. I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly guy at the reception and the car went in on time. I received a phone call,within the hour,to say the car was ready and had passed. Another guy on reception,equally as pleasant and friendly, issued the MOT certificate and explained the advisories. I was very impressed with Halfords Auto and will definitely be returning.

   I've been there to change 2 tyres. The technician was unskilled and had to ask his colleagues for help. When they changed the tyres they didn't changed the valves. When I booked I did tell them that I want all the valves changed. I paid for that job too. Ian from the desk tried to fool me saying that they changed the cord of the valve. I told him that we agreed on the valves too. Cord doesn't mean valve. I showed him one video on the YouTube. The mechanic wasn't happy with my presence there so he said that I'm not allowed in the workshop. I saw other customers walking in and out. One of the mechanics brought me a chair outside to stand in the rain. I was outside for over 2 hours. Check CCTV. At the end of the day I left with all 4 alloys very dirty and the tyres were under inflated.
