DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE I purchased a egr valve through eBay from them and it’s faulty, and they won’t answer messages or emails and the phone line is constantly busy. You have been warned. Looks like they are permanently closed.
My car partes never arrived. They kept contacting me about delay to get the items and promise to deliver them soon. I have been waiting for four months and we exchanged many emails, keep promising and never delivered anything. At the end I cancelled my outstanding order and they refunded me immediately and for this I give them one star oterwise it would be zero as zero item and no delivery! if you need any item do not buy it from DIY Car Service Parts.
First order arrived poorly packed so boxes were damaged. Wrong air filter supplied sent 2 emails over couple of days asking for Replacement, refund or return and confirmation supplied oil filter was correct with no reply. Very poor use anyone else even halfords!
ordered item that was shown on website for a next day delivery.. Guess what.. not something they had in stock,, didn't even bother calling an telling me. Dont bother ordering from them, they are a waste of time.

Awful service. Sold me a faulty part, caused me lots of expense and problems and then quibbled about refunding it and only refunded when forced to by website protocols AVOID THIS COMPANY
