   Fitted me a kenwood dmx7722dabs and I'm very pleased with how quick and tidy it was done. Unfortunately because it's an older car they were unable to sort the correct facia so they knocked 10% off fitting which was fair but overall Im very happy.

   Bought silver service 12 months ago. Not used it,but as it was coming up to 12 months I took my bike in on February 18th. The earliest date for the service was March 2nd and I was assured it would be serviced on that date. On March 4th I rang to enquire what was happening. A 10 minute wait resulted in being told the bike was "in for assessment". On March 9th another 10 minute phone call resulted in the promise of a callback. Damian(manager) rang back that day and apologised to say that due to staff shortages there had been a delay in servicing the bike. I had emails on the 9th and 10th saying,"Our Bike Technicians have worked wonders and your bike is ready to collect. Trust us, it’s riding better than ever before. All you need to do is pick it up. " I fetched the bike on the 11th. I wouldn't recommend the silver service and shan't bother with Halfords again. They've had the bike for 3 weeks...I thought maybe a free clean would make up for the delay!

   Very helpful chap tested my battery and gave advice. I decided to renew the battery the next day. I paid to have the battery fitted to save me time, big mistake, the person who fitted it left the lugs loose on the terminal posts and the leads could be lifted off without tools, I was going to return to store but figured it would be best to correct the problem myself. A waste of £27.

   Had a nightmare start with my new cross fuse ebike. Really not put together properly, the staff in the shop were all very nice and helpful but I had to bring the bike back six times in ten days, the manager called me after my last visit and was really helpful and apologised and said he would send me a voucher to say sorry for the trouble I had , guess what? The voucher never arrived!! Just summed up my experience at the store, sorry guys just not very good, stan

   Today when I went at 12 ish, there didn’t seem to be any staff there. There where lots of people at the till waiting, and me and others was waiting for someone to come and open the tool cabinet. In the end I just gave up and left and went to the festival Park branch, as I couldn’t be bothered waiting any longer and they where missing a lot of tools of the shelf’s too. Luckily I went to the festival park and they had staff and all but one of the tools I went in for. Also getting out of the complex is an absolute nightmare! I must of been waiting to get out for a good 5 minutes. They could definitely improve the way of getting in and out of the car park.
