Was overall a good experience. There was some confusion on how to pay for my new bike, but 5 stars overall. Halfords is an iconic and very well known company in the uk, and they should be giving nothing less than 5 star service and products across the board.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and bent over backwards to assist me with my purchase so thank you.
Right! This has to be the friendliest halfords on the planet ! I’ve had two 200 percent brighter bulbs fitted in our car as the others were pathetic at night. I fully recommend these bulbs as it’s improved driving at night so much. Take a visit. Recommended ✅ They are about 20 quid each but worth it. Plus I just got them to fit them.
I would love to give it a five for megs excellent assistance. As a young female she really helped me and made me feel so comfortable. Unfortunately i did witness her boss talking to her in an unacceptable manner and i do feel like this could put customers off in the future. I really hope this gets sorted quickly
I brought a new bike today and Dave served me. He helped chose the best fitting bike for me and talked me through how to check my bike is running properly if i come into problems. 10/10 service and will defo recommend! Thanks Dave!
The lady assistant checked the stock book, went over to where they were stored, returned. very quick and efficiant. perfect service.
I'm not happy in halfords for bike repairs. I went there to repair my bike, but unfortunately they did not accept my bike to service. If it is a bike shop,they should need a sincerity to service all kind bikes.
Ordered online for click and collect. Four days later the tracking said they were still locating the item so I called in on spec to find that it was ready for collection.?. The notification had not sent? Are there no checks in place for the notification system?
Very efficient service. The assistant who fitted my new lights was friendly and approachable and did the job straight away, it only took a few minutes. The convenience of being able to just turn up at a shop without an appointment was great
Billy was amazing with repairing a stone chip on my car’s front windshield. Talked me through the whole process. He is an asset to Halfords! Well done mate.
