I can not thank you guys enough! We had a puncture on our way to the airport and were in a mad rush and panic. Thankfully we were seen straight away and the tyre was repaired and car off the ramps before we we knew it!! Excellent service, thank you so so much!!
Came into a very busy centre today, but Shaun was brilliant and really made an effort to go over and above in his role. A lot of people waiting, but he kept them going with his humour and great customer service. Thank you for going over and above in your capacity. A credit to the team.
The free brake test is clearly very thorough. Staff friendly, knowledgable and very apologetic but kept my 83 year old dad waiting for almost 5 hours. Appointment was booked for 10.30am and vehicle taken into garage at 2.20pm. How can a garage be 4 hours behind appointments at 10.30am? Car ready by 3.25pm. 5 hours of waiting for a brake test is not really acceptable when an apppointment has been made.
I needed 2 new tyres urgently & was able to make an appointment for the same day which was really helpful. I was able to book & pay online. When the tyres were checked I was advised that all 4 needed replacing & the staff showed me the damaged tyres & gave me a clear explanation of the problem. They also carried out a free brake pad check as the dashboard light was on & confirmed the pads were working fine. I was only charged the online price for the 2 extra tyres. Sean was really friendly & helpful. It seemed to be quite busy as it was a Saturday afternoon but the work was completed in about an hour & a half. Really pleased with the service & will definitely use them again if needed.
I stopped by Kwik Fit for a headlight alignment and left genuinely impressed. The Knowledgeable staff quickly identified the issue, the Work was done efficiently and to a high standard, I was Informed at every step so I knew exactly what was happening, and the Kindness of the team made the whole experience stress-free. My headlights are now perfectly adjusted, and I’m confident driving at night again. Highly recommend Kwik Fit for their professionalism, speed, and great customer care!
I had a tire blow out on the way to work, Driving to my local Kwik Fit in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Excellent service, (Tom, may have the name wrong) advised I needed an additional tire on the front, so two in total. He even sent a taxi to pick the tire up from another branch. In addition to all of this, this was all rectified whilst I waited, all in all just over an hour. Thank You
Brilliant service. Managed to get me booked in quickly for a tyre issue, quick turn around at a excellent price. Kept me informed and were great when i had to drop car down earlier. Highly recommend.
No appointment, just turned up and Paul was excellent from when I entered the garage. Nothing was a problem and discussed everything that I required to be done. Shaun worked on the car and found an issue which was sorted removed tyre from a fifth wheel for me also. Would recommend these guys.
Appointment time was honoured to the minute. Reception gentleman friendly and informative, very busy but efficient. Waiting room clean, tidy and comfortable. Tyre price extremely competitive and fitted in no time at all. Will not hesitate using your excellent service again.
Very friendly and effective staff. Managed to get me an appointment on a Saturday to check on my car. I came initially due to some problems with my under-car shield, appears that I was missing a screw and staff actually fix that for free. while I was there I decided to change my front tyres, clear info has been given before decided to go ahead about the cost, options and how long will take. all done as promised. thank you!
