   The gentleman at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch were amazing and went above and beyond to help my mum. She had broken down, was waiting for breakdown who were busy and the recovery was delayed. Manager Andrew, Assistant Manager Mathew, Karl and Daniel at the branch were all so helpful. Andrew and Matthew checked her car for her, let her wait inside and made a fab cup of tea. Thank you, it’s so nice to know people will take the time to help and make sure people are ok. Thank you so much. Amazing place.

   Went to the Newcastle Branch today for 3 tyres. 6 star service !! Made an appointment for 10am and by 10:30 all 3 tyres had been replaced. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will definitely use them again and recommend others to use them too

   Had my freelander 2 there for mot and wherl alignment. Andy and the staff gave me a warm welcome. Went about e and beyond for my needs. And and the member of staff from Zimbabwe are an absolute crefit to the company. I would highly recommend them to friends. I will be back in the new year for an exhaust for my van and tyres for my freelander. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Thankyou both from myself and my wife. Have a great Christmas and I will see you both in the new year

   Amazing customer service from Andy and Jake at reception. Had come to get an MOT Check done and was with my baby. Helped me get my pushchair and car seat out of the car, opened doors for me. Overall great staff, professional conduct and polite. Would recommend.
