Came in early on when they were very clearly quite busy for some brake issues, no appointment, but they still squeezed me in and got my car fixed same day. Customer service was overall great.
Can't recommend them enough. Came in after my car went in limp mode and jumped teeth on the timing chain. They completely rebuilt the engine to repair the damage, sent photos along the way and now the car runs better than when I bought it.
So, they started off promising to help with our stranded vehicle and committed to fix it. We were grateful for the help they gave us regarding our car and the complication. However, while promising to keep us updated we had to ring several times and ask what was happening and when we tried to ask for a price but they didn’t communicate with us. All suddenly, we got a call that the car was ready with a bill of over £500! We didn’t even discuss the quote before hand. But now we just got to pay out because the car had been fixed. And all they could do was not even to apologise but just say “there must have been a breakdown of communication.” But this was going on for nearly 2 weeks! Reader, if you give your car here, ask and pester for a quotation before your car is fixed, otherwise you may incur unexpected charges.
My van had failed on its MOT at another garage and there lead time to fix was a month! Needed it asap so phoned around and tried online. . He had no reservations in fixing it even though other places had refused due to the nature of the fault even online mechanics had refused. Was upfront with price and cheaper than my regular garage. Booked in within 2 days and was done in a day. ( and tested again). As he was so good I booked my mokka in for MOT and a AA diagnosed spit intercooler pipe. Was more than I expected on price to fit but showed me pictures what had caused the split and what he had to rectify so didn't happen again.( no jargon) and what he had to clean up (carbon soot from the split pipe everywhere. So took longer) happy with the service and would say the car is better than it was before! Would recommend. And if calling by phone be patient as he deals with the calls. Drop offs, moving cars, invoices all whilst doing MOTs . One man army! And Will definitely use again!

I recommend these guys to everyone as they do a fantastic job. I am mechanical minded but there are some jobs I would not try myself so it’s off to Lee and the boys at Hanford services because I know that the job gets done properly
Bought a car, head gasket went within a week. Must have known it was gone. Took back and asked for head gasket be replaced, went a week without a car (no courtesy car) and when collected was asked to pay extra given all the Labour! Within 8 months, head gasket went again. Went another garage, told me it was probably a temp fix. I would avoid in future.
