   New manager Shaun is obnoxious self opinionated.i have been purchasing frozen ciabati from this onestop and others.since he took over he informed me it's against the law to sell them frozen !!!I investigated and an email was sent him from head office saying he could sell them frozen .I went in today sun and he proceeded to shout at me don't ask for chapati as I ain't selling them.i left and returned later quoting the email he had revieved from head office to which he replied I don't give a toss what head office.area manager or anyone else says .he is not standing there for 10 mins explaining how to defrost a bap!@!as if everyone's stupid.i then said ill report you 1st thing Monday morning .I then asked for scratchcard and he shouted over don't serve him .wow avoid this shop at all costs.everyone that was waiting around outside were all saying shops gone downhill

   New manager very poor. Shop going down hill quickly. Shopped there for 20 years as staff are fantastic. Unfortunately watching staff leave through bad management is a shame. Bring back J.B. Before it goes completely wrong

   I've shopped here for a number of years. It's not my most local One Stop, but I find it hugely better than the one nearest me on (Blurton Rd). It's always very well stocked, with the right products needed, and good supply without fail. The store is always nice and clean, organized, and the staff always really friendly as well.
