   If I could give 0 starts then I would! THE SHIRT STUBBY LADY SLIM BOTTOM HALF & BIGGER UPPER HALF RED JUMPER WORH BROWN CURLY HAIR!!!! ( ROUGHLY late 40s early 50s) well she looked it anyways. I brought x2 monster energy drinks! Mind you I’m 26 years old, 4 children covered in tattoos and certainly don’t look underage. She demanded to see my ID which I then asked my older sister to go get out my car. She was that impatient she kept going on about my ID to another staff member. I then asked why she id me and she said because she had to, considering there was other people In there buying red bull that looked a hell of a lot younger than me and didn’t get ID’d. I went to walk out the shop after she had seen my ID For that vile staff member to start talking behind my back as me and my sister walked out the shop so I turned around and told her to stop talking behind my back , she then stated it wasn’t behind my back. I had to walk off because I ended up causing a massive scene. The worst part is I’m not even from around here! Absolutely appalled by the way a member of staff spoke about me! You should loose you’re job you’re vile human if you can’t even speak to customers with respect

   fortunately it's a coop so you know what to expect for goods and services and prices. the baked goods are sometimes quite good and still have the covers to protect them. unfortunately the staff let the place down, especially to young girl with purple hair that seriously cannot be bothered to excuse herself or even respond and the woman behind the counter who is clearly overworked yet has time to chat to staff on her headset (you are 12 foot away from who you are chatting to). at least 5 staff here have been rude and abrupt with me over recent months. sure this place is convenient due to the location but an extra 5 minutes will take us elsewhere. I hope the owner realises that before this one goes like previous local coops have

   Worst experience, when I went to drop the Amazon Evri. A lady today @ 4.45 pm - Unhelpful, rash and not worthy to be a person to working in Co op. Wonder how these types of people gets the job in service sector to be dealing with customers. Shameful for the Co op to Recruit these types abrasive and misleading people. I wouldn't advice anybody to go to this shop when she is there and she was so rude while gathering information from other customer. Given wrong information, without properly checking & not offering help for the first time customer.!!! Hope she will be given proper feed back and training offered to improve her behaviour .

   Made an order for collection. Went to collect and they said "We've cancelled it and to expect an email." Well it's the next day and I have no email, no refund and no food. Abysmal.
