   Just had our en-suite and family bathroom replaced by Neptune. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Matt's design and input really helped us to achieve exactly the look and function that we were looking for. And Andy and Tom, our fitters were the cleanest, most professional and diligent team you could wish for. Great job everyone and we'll be back when we need more work doing in the future!

   We are over the moon with the transformation of our 1990’s bathroom and cloakroom to bring them to the present … we were unsure of what we wanted/needed..Matt came and was really helpful with coming up with the design solutions and we couldn’t be happier.. Neptune supply high quality products and Rosie was really patient and helpful with us while we made our choices …all the tradesmen were really personable and professional.. we have to give extra praise to Sean who fitted and tiled the 2 rooms .. brilliant & helpful guy and his attention to detail is exemplary. We will be having Neptune to replace our en-suite in the near future.

   Neptune fitted out our newly created downstairs shower and utility room and the end results have turned out exactly as we were expecting. Matt and his team provided excellent design and pre-installation advice and took time to meet with our builders as necessary to ensure that all parties were aware of the requirements. The installation work itself was done very quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind at all. After sales support has been excellent including addressing an outstanding item that could not be completed until another contractor had done their work. Overall this is a very high quality job delivered in the required timescales and we are very happy with it indeed.

   Terrible , family used them for 30 years prob done 4-5 bathrooms spending £30k+ but never again. Used them for the final time in 2021 . One of The fitters was aggressive and poor skills, became threatening when asked to repair Unlevel sink and tiles . Quality of the silicon around the bath was awful made them redo all the silicon sealant but to this day it’s an awful job. Mangagment was not interested in rectifying , Neptune wanted to send the same fitters back but no longer wanted them in my house after there conduct so left it as it was . Was just the disappointment of spending so much money with them over decades and they did this to us . Awful

Nothing was too much trouble and they completed a perfect and very professional job . We are delighted and very grateful that we chose Neptune supplies and would recommend them to anyone.

   It's ok.. I say this because I went in to the shop to hopefully speak to the staff and after having a look around for about 20 mins or so and then looking around for staff.. I waited another 10 mins and no one was there. The place seemed empty... I will go back hopefully someone is there to speak to ..

   We have recently had our second installation completed by Neptune Supplies and yet again the level of planning and design, quality of the products and installation was excellent. We’ve had both a complete bathroom en-suite and kitchen from Neptune and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home. I will be forever grateful to Alice for her design and colour scheme in our kitchen - it’s a pleasure to be in now!

   Approached Nepture after my electric shower over bath, finally gave up the ghost. A few weeks later I have a functional and stylish replacement. They managed to schedule the job quickly, despite the challenges of Covid. With their advice, I decided to remove the bath and existing tiles completely, and replace with waterproof panels, shower base, glass screen and Mira shower. The fiitng process was efficient, they tidied up each day and took away all the waste and packaging for disposal. All was done for a fair price. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.
