   I’m extremely disappointed with this dining table set. When it first arrived, all the bolts for the table were the wrong size and the corner piece for the sofa didn’t fit onto the sofa, I contacted customer service, and although they assured me the missing parts would be delivered promptly, I ended up waiting another week—taking time off work specifically to receive the delivery. When the second delivery finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the bolts for the table were STILL missing. After all that waiting, I was again left with an unusable dining table sitting in pieces on my floor. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. Between the poor quality of the product and the repeated delivery mistakes, I honestly regret buying this set. I would not recommend it to anyone.

   Never heard of TFM before but decided to buy a ceramic table. Paid for assembly but leg brackets weren't in the package. Heidi in cust. services sent brackets out and David And Ryan came back out to assemble it. Very happy with the table and very happy with the customer service. Would happily purchase from TFM again.

   We took delivery yesterday of a lounge oak coffee table with two drawers plus shelf storage which is absolutely first class, it's certainly completed the look of our lounge as we wanted. The Furniture Market team couldn't have been more helpful, questions answered if needed without a heavy sales pitch. The delivery guys delivered on time as arranged placing our table exactly where we wanted it. For a hassle free purchase to a smooth delivery, this company have got it sorted. We won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. They've a huge range of products to suit every room, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

   This is the place to go for quality oak furniture. Called into Tarporely showroom, great selection to view. Katie even arranged for a piece I was interested in to be brought down from the warehouse. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery from Warren and Scott was efficient and on time. They made sure I was completely happy before leaving. Very happy customer!

   My experience has been absolutely awful. I ordered a dresser which had to wait some weeks for. It arrived and top doesn’t sit flat at all as wood is bowed so badly put together and paying £999 for this. The girl I spoke to said they would get a replacement to me this week. No communication so I had to chase them (this is second time) to find out they meant next week. This is not what was communicated to me at all. They also offered me a poor discount and then I find they are selling seconds on eBay for a LOT cheaper than the discount I’ve been offered for a badly made piece of furniture. I will never be using this company again as I was not treated like a valued customer and quite frankly the furniture I received has been poorly made.

   Product is good quality, reasonably priced and the color in the online photos is an accurate representation. Communication was excellent. Email and text to keep you informed, a phone call was promptly answered by a friendly, informative and professional staff member. Delivery was well communicated and drivers Ryan & Anthony were superb. Friendly and efficient in setting up the furniture (premium delivery). Were careful moving items as well. Would use them again.
