It was our first visit today and I was looking for a few things to decorate my new clinic rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. We will definitely be back.
Good selection of second hand items. Mainly home items, but some nice items there. Seems to be very reasonable pricing too!
Mainly furniture as stated in the name but a few other bits about. Some really nice products and very good prices. Sadly didn't need anything today but will definitely be back when we do.
I needed a wheelchair at short notice. Due to my condition I was not able to go and collect it myself. I spoke to Sarah who said that they did have a wheelchair in stock which would suit my needs at a very low price and went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver it to me for no extra charge. Absolutely amazing and thank you so much!
We will look to donate to other charity shops such as Barnardos after our recent experiences of taking items to St Luke’s warehouse off Road 1 in Winsford. We took a nearly new John Lewis cotbed there, to be told they already had 2 cots in the warehouse and much reluctance to take it and a Quinny buggy with all accessories washed and in great condition and a similarly reluctanct attitude to take it. Great for them if they have an abundance of donations and can’t store everything but we would have appreciated being told this rather than being made to feel they were doing us a favour by taking in the items.

Recently donated a sofa. Entered all details with photos on the website and collection was confirmed by text. Communication was excellent, and everyone involved in the collection was polite, friendly and efficient. Very impressed with the whole process and, the best part is that charity benefits from the sale.
Rude staff, refusing to take valid items for resale even though I sent countless photos over to the warehouse. Apparently they don't take wardrobes..... Try to do a good deed and get it thrown back in your face by rude drivers who make you feel like rubbish
Just bought a lovely sofa from the shop on Delamere rd shop via the warehouse, I'm absolutely delighted with it, it's great quality and looks so new. Also the help from Simon at the warehouse during this difficult time was exceptional. A big thank you.
Very impressive service, the gentleman helped me find a coffee table and even took it to my car. I highly recommend. 5 stars!!
