Went here yesterday, this is the second time ive been and bought things from this store. They cant help you enough. So friendly and prices were brilliant. Ill only use this place now for outdoor stuff. The chap that helped us was lovely. Thanks very much
This stuff is not built to last. Flimsy and poor quality my pergola cost close to £900 it had taken me 3 months to get replacement parts and even when the parts turn up they have kinks etc. I said that I need three bolts which had lost due to wholes being torn in the frame and they sent specifically three bolts after if I could have a surplus 5 or so bolts just in case the issue was to happen again. I was later offered a 10% refund not sure how that was going to rectify anything. Customer service had also asked for itemized pictures for everything, even missing bolts!! Common sense has gone well out of the window when it comes to customer service, anything not to offer a refund even if it was 50% of the original amount, so I could be something more substantial !!! ( I am not sure how to reply however it is a Rowlinson Product regardless of who the product was purchased through has nothing to do with the quality of the product itself. My comment is not to be damaging to your business it is more to alert the consumer of the poor quality of the product).
Bought various items of garden furniture from Rowlinsons. Very happy with all of it. Delivered in just over a week from ordering. Great quality and price as well. Thank you Martin and team.
What an excellent company to deal with, straight forward, no hassle. Ordered Tuscan 1.5 bench over phone, paid, travelled next day 50 plus miles, drove to shop, loaded in car and away. The best part is the quality of the bench, assembled with no problem, and the finished product is exceptional. Well done Rowlinson, many thanks.
We bought a Connor cabin from the factory outlet which apparently was old stock. Some of the wood paneling was warped. The roof felt was very flimsy and actually blew off. When we complained to the company they said it was probably down to the way we installed it. We followed the instructions which were supplied. We are very dissatisfied with this product.
It's 10th September 2020 and almost everyone's back at work. What's this dump playing at? Zero stars for being so appallingly difficult to deal with.
Just picked up a round topped garden arch from Rowlinson's and it is excellent. They are fairly local to me and it was no problem to pick the arch up. The service and quality of the product were both excellent. Regards Colin Winsford.
