It is convenient for daily requirements and the staff are friendly. It does seem a little pricey for basics even with a membership card. It has a good range of stock.
Had a terrible experience with The Ekant. He is rude, not professional and was not helpful. I had to walk away from him as he was that rude.
Steven is super helpful in store and *always* smiling. Had to leave a good review for him
Amazing place really gokd customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was returning yet another faulty vuse product, only to be told by one of the employees that if I don't like it I should shop somewhere else. Then to be told by the other employee that it was my fault he spoke to me like that because that's not "my" sense of humour. I would recommend any other shop in the area BUT that one!
Disappointing. Every time we come in, the shelves are pretty empty. On a rare occasion, we find something we came in for. It is a shame because it's our local store.
It took me a while to work my way through but it's ok now just wish an estimated time of delivery
Hartford Co-op store has such friendly staff and so community minded. The store has supporting local charities to collect food waste for food banks during covid-19 : mid Cheshire Food bank & Moulton Community Food Hub supporting pensioners snd families in need. Theyve also donated sandwiches,pastries,cakes to feed NHS staff on the night shift at Northwich ambulance station :)
