   My experience of The Car Centre is one i will never forget. From applying for the credit for the car everything was really super smooth. Ross and other members of staff kept me upto date about everything that was happening.They even called me to say that the car had 2 advisories when it went for mot. Both front tyres were close to need replacing now they didn't have to change the tyres as they were advisories but they put 2 new tyres on for me they even told me day and time the car would be delivered and it was spot on the time and day they told me.Honestly I will not hesitate to tell friends about this garage and how I was treated. Also I will not hesitate to use this family run garage again a massive thankyou to all the staff that took part in making this happen for me.

   I have recently bought a car from The Car Centre and I couldn’t be happier. They have a good range of cars to fit all needs all at very competitive prices. The staff have been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The car is brilliant and it came with a full service and full M.O.T. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by the staff 2 weeks after purchase to make sure everything was ok with the car. I definitely recommend if you are looking to get a new car.

   Stereotypical snake-like used car dealers. They delete their bad reviews! If you think they're nice, try asking for a refund on a car you've purchased! Please avoid this dealer. While they come across as polite, friendly and understanding people, I believe they are only after your hard-earned money. If you get an unsatisfactory car and try and return it, they will fight you tooth and nail, even if they're in the wrong. We bought a car that was advertised as having Bluetooth (it doesn't), and two weeks into having the car, an engine light came on. It was our third trip back to the dealership where they went to repair it, only to find out there was a blown head gasket. At this point, we spent two hours asking for a full refund, as we were within the 30-day return period. We were denied. We have been in contact everyday with no hope of a refund. We therefore have no choice other than to go through the legal system. Please don't make the same mistake we did! Avoid them if you value your sanity!

   I have bought this beautiful Honda Jazz with Ross and his father now on February, I have received a quick and efficient update about everything I need, once I’m based on London, he manage to clear out my doubts about the car and also in the day I went to pick up the vehicle I notice a small issue in the rear passenger windows wich one he quick solve ordering a new mechanism also booking a garage service near my house to be fixed. Always kind and polite! Really recommend this guys!

   Bought my Golf here and have to say for the price and service, I will definitely be making sure I come back when it's time to get a new one. I was looked after really well by the team, took the car for a test drive and felt relaxed and like I wasn't pressured or being talked in to the sale (the quality of the car spoke for itself) and when it came time to do the paperwork, again I was just talked through the options available and ultimately it was my choice. The car itself has been wonderful, a previous motability car, it was well looked after and maintained. Good quality garage with friendly honest service. Would recommend (in fact, have recommended!) to a friend

   I financed a Hyundai i10 from here. Everyone who I spoke to, wether over the phone or in person, were very helpful and genuinely nice people. They take everything you say into consideration and help you find what is best for you. After having a few issues with my car they are more than willing to look into them and fix them as I am still under the 3 month warranty they have. Their customer service is amazing and i couldn’t recommend them more.

   I recently purchased a car from here and it couldn't of been easier, no pressure into picking a certain car, they explained everything in detail and helped me feel at ease, if you are looking into a new car I couldn't recommend them enough. From start to finish has been easy, kept in touch to keep me updated, fresh mot, taxes for the year and even arranged for a new radio screen as the current one had a problem with the volume switch and they are paying for me to get fitted at a garage near to me all at no cost to myself, they even delivered the car to me free of charge, amazing company a*, if it was a rating of 100 stars that still wouldn't be enough. Fantastic service.
