   Useless for parcel services. Today I was told “can’t do UPS until 1pm as I don’t want to put the app on my phone as it takes up too much space, you'll have to come back”. Not exactly convenient for the customer. Don’t offer a service if you aren’t going to actually willing to serve customers.

   Nice shop, useless for parcel services. They have lost a parcel historically due to incompetence and inability to use the systems.    We was held up in the queue yesterday at about 1530 for about 10 minutes whilst the cashier was chatting away with a customer and didnt seem bothered that the queue was builting up, talking about irrelevant stuff. Also the customer behind me seemed frustrated with the delay too. No apology given and I felt like the cashier could have handled the conversation elsewhere. Very slow service due to chit chat! Inconsiderate for other customers! I feel the cashier could do with extra training with her time keeping around the waiting customers.
