   Overall Asda on Widnes is good.However,the toilets are disgusting everytime I have to use them they are dirty and no toilet paper.Why do people think is is acceptable.Come on Asda treat people with respect at all times,not just in the shop.

   Standard Asda superstore. Doesn't have its own cafe. Small McDonalds on site. Customer service desk waiting time is very long. Toilets are awful. Not enough staffed checkouts. The staff who are on the checkouts are all experienced and excellent, they're the best thing in the store.

   I am absolutely disgusted with ASDA. I have shopped there for over 30 years. And I can count on one hand the amount of items I have ever had to return, I can't even remember the last time. I purchased a mobile phone 2 weeks later it was faulty, the receipt got wet so couldn't prove purchase, they wouldn't except bank statement. I counted my losses and purchased another mobile phone from Asda. That was faulty the speaker had gone in less than 28 days. This time I had the receipt, but because there was a tiny bit of the box missing were I had opened it and I mean a really small piece they would not exchange, refund or repair for me. But the real thing that bothered me was the way I was treated. They made me feel like a criminal as if I was trying to defraud them or something. I asked to speak to a manager they sent someone to speak to me who I am fully aware was not management. I have also sent 3 letters to the store which have been completely ignored. I haven't shopped there since. I can't bring myself too. I spent a good few hundred pounds a week in there I was in there twice a day most days. Really shocked Me

   I didn't do a full shop here, but I urgently needed a new bulb for the car and it while not my first thought for car spares, it was worth a gamble. There's an aisle with DIY equipment and I managed to get an emergency bulb kit. For the price of 1 bulb at somewhere like Halfords, I got a full set of different sizes which I'm going to keep in the car for next time

   If I could give lower than a one star then I would. The service when you order and “try” and collect clothes is a joke. Hard to tell if it’s the system that’s incompetent or the staff that are the issue. Either way, would never order clothes from the store again. To pass the blame on how many orders they give isn’t good enough. It’s your system that you run, not the customers fault. Sent away to try and claim a refund when the item is showing as collected in store is a farce. Avoid using the collection point. Order No:106062393
