   Expect to pay top prices here, and you’ll probably find items here that you won’t find anywhere else. But why pay over the odds for basics when a perfectly good alternative is available within a few hundred metres? There is a cafe in this store that we’ve used often, but the customers toilets are a disgrace and have been for a while. C’mon, Waitrose sort this out. It’s turning pleasant experience into a poor one. Staff throughout the store are always helpful and courteous…otherwise this rating would be 1 star….

   The experience at the cashier area was disappointing and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to, and it did not meet the level of customer service I would expect. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the business can improve its customer interactions in the future

   Waitrose apparently has no concept of people with electric vehicles wanting to charge their car whilst they shop. Meanwhile, even the likes of Home Bargain do! Come on Waitrose- time to join the 21st Century

   I went in for quality fresh fruit to keep me going for a full day's work. I might pay a few pence more at Waitrose but nothing was bruised, or anything but perfectly fresh, so I consumed the lot and it was as "Value for money" as anywhere else (Aldi, you know who you are).

   Called in Waitrose Northwich for a few items, & visited the cafe for beverages whilst there, & was looked after by an extremely friendly member of staff, whom my husband complimented her on her excellent service on the way out. Will certainly be going back again.

   Decent Waitrose, the selection isn't as good as others especially meat and fish wise but it has a wide range of stock. Staff are always super cold though, and because they employ so many kids you are constantly waiting to be ID checked and frankly they are always arsey about it. No problems being ID checked, but they do it as if they're guardians of the world... The parking also makes sod all sense. The signs say for Waitrose customers only, but when I asked the parking enforcement fellas if it's fine to park for the marina they said yes, so make what you will of that
