I was asked my price range and what I was after as well as the style of the person I was buying for and was then showed lots of options. It feels very expensive and fancy here but without talking down to you or judging you. Would highly recommend coming here.”

From initial discussions through to showroom visits, home survey, kitchen design and finally installation Chris made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and his level of customer service was outstanding. Chris certainly knows the business and made many great suggestions to improve our initial design ideas. The quality of the kitchen is amazing. The design features of this German brand surpassed anything we had seen from the more traditional UK providers. Great value for money was an added bonus too. Brilliant store with very knowledgeable staff, me and my husband found it was no problem for any of the girls to answer our questions, no matter how silly some of them may have been! They explained what setup we needed, temperatures and how to set it all up, we then sent them some photos to ensure it was all setup correctly and they replied very quickly! Once ready we went and picked this little guy up! Our first of many reptiles, and I can assure you I won’t be going anywhere else for them ! 5 * for the cleanliness of the store, the animal welfare and ethic, the girl’s knowledge and passion for their Job and overall amazing store ! “although its very close to town centre, its not too busy and you get served quickly. it sort out a lot of issus as most tool stores are on the other side of town in and this one is one of the rare ones this side and close to town centre! it has a big carpark .”
