   Amazing service from Sean at Dream! I visited the Dream store recently and was looked after by Sean, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable about everything in the shop. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.

   Browsing turned to buying!. Within minutes after entering the store we was welcomed by a lovely member of your staff, Marife. We explained our concerns about our current bed we have had for years and was thinking about upgrading size and comfort. After the mattress test, she informed us of the perfect firmness for us and went on to show us different options available. I believe she went above and beyond to make sure we made the right decision for us, nothing was too much trouble!, even had a cup of tea made by the lovely store manager! Cant wait for our new bed to arrive!

   A few hours ago (between 5:00–5:30pm) we visited your store. We were welcomed by a really nice lady (unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name). She was very polite and helpful, and we truly appreciated her kindness. At the beginning, we explained to her that we came to purchase a bed and a mattress. My husband then took out a measuring tape to check the size and see which one would best fit our room. At that moment, one of the senior male staff members came out and started shouting at us, saying that we could not measure the items. We would have completely understood if this rule was explained to us politely, but the way it was handled left us very disappointed. Because of that experience, we left the store within a few minutes—even though we had already chosen the mattress and bed we wanted to buy. We hope this feedback helps improve communication, as we were genuinely interested in making a purchase.

   Brilliant service from the young lady who explained mattress types to us to help make our choice. She let us try them and discussed what type of divan we might need. We even had a coffee. First visit to Dreams Warrington....we'll certainly recommend to anyone wanting such personal service.

   Purchased a mattress for over £1000 months ago from here. Initially the man who served us was trying to be helpful. We used the mattress machine and have ultimately ended up with an extremely uncomfortable mattress which is basically the opposite of everything we described. They have been no help whatsoever in trying to resolve this and it’s now at the point where I cannot bare to sleep in my own bed. The lack of support post purchase is awful.

   bought a single mattress for my daughter from here today, it's being delivered on Monday which is a very prompt delivery. Staff members Katie who we dealt with the previous day and Chris who dealt with the sale today were 1st class and very helpful. HOWEVER - The store Manager at this branch ( JuntionNINE ) is an absolute disgrace... I won't elaborate on here as to why as it was a simple communication error on a Black Friday deal but the way he spoke to me and my wife was the worst customer service i have EVER come across, the funny thing is 5mins earlier he was offering us a coffee but when he had to authorise a 10% price reduction for our mattress he lost the plot and was very patronising in his comment, all this by the way while i was spending £125 on a product!!! If it wasn't for my wife being there i wouldn't of managed to stay as calm as i did but he needs to be sent on a customer service course. Hopefully somebody will contact me through this so i can take the matter further.
