Brilliant store with very knowledgeable staff, me and my husband found it was no problem for any of the girls to answer our questions, no matter how silly some of them may have been! They explained what setup we needed, temperatures and how to set it all up, we then sent them some photos to ensure it was all setup correctly and they replied very quickly! Once ready we went and picked this little guy up! Our first of many reptiles, and I can assure you I won’t be going anywhere else for them ! 5 * for the cleanliness of the store, the animal welfare and ethic, the girl’s knowledge and passion for their Job and overall amazing store ! Highly recommend !!”

“This is honestly my dogs favourite shop. Liz and the staff are amazing, so knowledge and friendly. There is wide selection of raw food, natural treats, pet shampoo, collars, toys and so much more. Nip in and see for yourself. They offer a free delivery service for the local area too.”

“Even though only living round the corner from them, last week was the first time I’d used Bones U Like & it won’t be the last. As the food I’ve had to put my dog on to isn’t readily available in many places I contacted Mark on Thursday morning to ask if he could get it, Friday morning he delivered it to my door. Excellent service & correspondence from Mark in the 24hrs was second to none. I’ll definitely be dealing with him from now on.”

“I travel from Prescot to get my raw food for my dogs from here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There is always stock in the freezers and a good variety. My dogs love the food from here and especially the treats I come back with, for them :-)”

“Visited earlier today, Travelled 20 miles due to amazing reputation and wasn’t disappointed. Great variety of fish with super competitive prices, The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide which fish would be suitable for our tank, purchased 2 kuhli loach which have settled into our tank very well. Will return in the future.”

“My two cats have just returned home from their first stay at Cuddington cattery and it will not be their last. They are both quite nervous and don't normally let others stroke them, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they were happy to let the staff handle them. All the staff were super friendly and the cats are more relaxed than I've ever seen them at a cattery. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them, and at short notice.”

“We can’t recommend The Dog Country Club highly enough! Since bringing home our pup at 12 weeks (he’s now 11 months), we’ve attended private sessions, group training, and even the puppy parties and every experience has been fantastic. The owners and staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Brandon was so knowledgeable during puppy party classes. Kayleigh went above and beyond to ensure our boy, Hugo, was matched with the right trainer for his challenging temperament. James, Kayleigh & Jack have been amazing with lead training and recall techniques, and the progress we’ve seen has been incredible. We absolutely love it here and most importantly, Hugo does too! “Just collected my 2 girls from Rose Tree. I was very nervous leaving them as not been into kennels before. I need not of worried, they've come home very happy look absolutely lovely . They had a bath smelt beautiful. The regular pictures posted on Facebook really reassured me . The outdoor paddocks are very secure. And lots of toys to play with. staff are really amazing and clearly love the animals like their own Thank you all for looking after Suzie & Mollie. Will defiantly use them again.”
