   Thank you so much to Warrington pets and exotics for all your help today. We came in for a bearded dragon. We were helped by Beth who asked to see our set up and where our beardie would be living (love this! Proves it's going to the perfect home) we showed a video and pictures of the vivarium and Beth did advise a different bulb etc. we loved this as we knew we'd have a happy dragon. We are now home and toothless is very happy and lively in his vivarium. He's had some food of us and is now chilling on his log watching this mad house. I have since messaged Warrington pets and exotics for help regarding meal times etc and was responded too and helped within minutes. Thank you again sooo much for all your expert advise and kind help! Will be back for all our food and top ups when needed! Thank you Beth xxxxx,

   I bought a lovely female Nosy Faly Panther Chameleon. She is the first Chameleon I've bought in 14 years. Previously I had Yemen/veiled Chameleons. As I was bit rusty on  the husbandry as not had one for so so long but the girls at Warrington exotics were amazing on the details for care, food, habistat etc. Ive always found Warrington exotics to be amazing variety, clean, always very professional and their knowledge on the care, the animals and on every aspect is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my Chameleons needs. They stock a wide variety for animals and equipment and habistats for all kinds and the animals are ALWAYS well looked after, you can see that the moment you walk in.

   10/10 service .. Brilliant store with very knowledgeable staff, me and my husband found it was no problem for any of the girls to answer our questions, no matter how silly some of them may have been! They explained what setup we needed, temperatures and how to set it all up, we then sent them some photos to ensure it was all setup correctly and they replied very quickly! Once ready we went and picked this little guy up! Our first of many reptiles, and I can assure you I won’t be going anywhere else for them ! 5 * for the cleanliness of the store, the animal welfare and ethic, the girl’s knowledge and passion for their Job and overall amazing store ! Highly recommend !!

   I’ve made a few smaller purchases over the last six months, including slings, scorpions and live prey items. The more I visited (with my kids) the more they started asked go back, largely because of their growing attachment to Roman the Tortoise that is often seen roaming the shop. I’ve just purchased two baby Eastern Hermann’s Tortoises for my youngest’s birthday and I was incredibly impressed with the service. It was reassuring that the staff were not only very helpful and informative, but also very particular around ensuring that I had the right set-up for them prior to collection. I’ve purchased many reptiles from other pet shops in the past that haven’t enquired about this and appear to be more interested in the sale. I’d highly recommend Warrington Pets & Exotics to anyone.    We have had a few pets from here over the years, mainly reptiles, who have always been healthy. So when we decided we wanted another bird, we knew we could trust this pet shop. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and offer unlimited advice and help. Our new companion seems to have settled down quickly and appears to be very healthy. Fully recommend this shop.

   Bought a hand reared kakariki from here. I was so overwhelmed when I first arrived not knowing one single thing about bird ownership or where to start. Chelsea was so knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to talk me through the different breeds despite the shop being really busy. I knew when I set my eyes on the kakariki that we could give him a loving home. Chelsea talked me through everything he needed to get him settled and keep him entertained. All the staff were friendly and the shop well stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend. Thank you, we’re delighted with our new family member!

   After visiting several different pet shops looking for an axolotl for our daughter we called this place. As soon as they answered the phone I could tell they were very knowledgeable so we decided to visit. Both Chelsea and Beth were brilliant, gave us all the info we needed and answered any questions we had and they were both super friendly. Our daughter loves her Axie. Thank you.
