   Looks like a great shop but haf to come out because there was too much clutter firstly in front of where I wanted to access and then further obstacles around the shop and I use a small mobility scooter and lots of people use those and it makes it much more awkward to get around the shop or indeed do any shopping.

   The products are great and good value, but my main reason for shopping there is the staff. They are so helpful and actually look as if they enjoy their job. Had to ask for something today and the assistant who served me was brilliant. I wasn't spending a fortune but he found what I was after and didn't make me feel a nuisance for asking. Great shop.

   Whilst I do quite like this shop, I was recently horrified to find a metal nail in some catnip I bought from this location. I only wanted to calm my cat down whilst also getting her a new toy to play with (it was cat nip and a toy) but instead I had to stop my cat from trying to eat a nail that fell out with the catnip and cut the inside of her mouth. I understand this is a budget shop but to have that kind of quality in products where dangerous items can easily get mixed in with everyday shopping is absolutely sickening and I can't begin to imagine what kind of things are in the snacks and other food sold here. If that nail was in a chocolate bar that was eaten by a child then things would be much more dire for this chain of shops.
