βTransferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!β
βWe ended up booking this hotel last minuteβjust hours before check-inβafter a disappointing experience with our Airbnb. Despite the short notice, the staff at Premier Inn Rainhill were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Dave, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel is small and located a bit far from the city centre, but the area is peaceful and well-connected, making it a convenient choice if you're okay with a short commute. Dave made a real differenceβhe was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience that turned a stressful day into a comfortable one. Weβll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Liverpool!β
β10/10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and spa. Lots of free parking available on arrival we were offered a complimentary cookie (vegan and gluten free option available) which was a lovely touch. The spa was beautiful and treatments were amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food in the garden room was amazing thanks to the chef James and our server Ava was amazing and made sure my dietary requirements were met. Breakfast was also great. Overall 10/10 experience and Iβll be backβ
βHad an amazing time in Warrington! Loved the hotel, pub, and all the great amenities Cat and Lion country pub has to offer! Highly recommendβ
βClean room friendly staff lovely breakfast . Was really looked after at breakfast by a lady called pam who went out of her way toake our experience so nice . Thankyouβ
βThe hotel is easy to access, and check in via Donna on reception was friendly and she had me checked in quickly. Car registrations need to be added into an iPad in reception to avoid a parking ticket. Donna also offered me a list of restaurants and local takeaways as the restaurant is closed for renovations. There is a McDonaldβs next door, which does a job. Thereβs a coffee machine thatβs free to use, with complimentary croissants in reception. Rooms are a good standard and spotlessly clean, with free toiletries via a wall mounted bottles. The free Wi-Fi is terrible and completely unusable.β
βThis is a great option for anyone looking for comfortable, reliable, and affordable accommodation in the UK. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide everything a traveller needs for a good nightβs rest. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.β
βCheck n was very straight forward. We were asked if we were party of the wedding party, which we were not. Gab on reception immediately changed our room as it has allocated us one where the wedding group were staying, so that our room would be quieter. And it was. Our room was extremely quite and comfortable. And the rooms are beautifully decorated. And the bed was super comfortable. It was actually a shame we stayed for only 1 night. Id definitely stay here again.β
βGreat location for what I needed as I needed to be close to orford jubilee hub for a taekwondo weekend (9 min drive). Also has places to eat close by and IKEA is a few mins away. Room was clean and comfortable with easy check in.β

βI had a very good stay at the Waterside Hotel. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere feels like a family, which I appreciated very much since I stayed for a quite long time. My special thanks to Louisa, Jane and Jason, they have a good eye for detail and accommodated my requests =) Greetings from Room 31.β

βGood clean rooms, friendly staff, nice and quiet.β
βLet me start off the with room. The room was great, incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed in it, only thing it did have was wifi but that wasnβt much of an issue for me. Next to the staff, there was one woman, a rather kind, funny and helpful woman, who made me feel like I was welcomed into the arms of the hotel. I first spoke to her when she was running the bar (wonderful selection of drinks), we chatted for ages, this made me feel like I was welcomed, she even rang me when I left my wallet at the bar to let me know (not everybody would do that). In the morning I went down for my breakfast and she again approached me with a smile and provided me with one the best breakfasts Iβve had in a while. The entire point of my visit was that I was going out in the town, the hotel was so close to the town centre which made getting there and getting back so much easier.β
βAfter staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.β

βMy two cats have just returned home from their first stay at Cuddington cattery and it will not be their last. They are both quite nervous and don't normally let others stroke them, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they were happy to let the staff handle them. All the staff were super friendly and the cats are more relaxed than I've ever seen them at a cattery. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them, and at short notice.β

βJust collected my 2 girls from Rose Tree. I was very nervous leaving them as not been into kennels before. I need not of worried, they've come home very happy look absolutely lovely . They had a bath smelt beautiful. The regular pictures posted on Facebook really reassured me . The outdoor paddocks are very secure. And lots of toys to play with. staff are really amazing and clearly love the animals like their own Thank you all for looking after Suzie & Mollie. Will defiantly use them again.β
βWonderful off the beaten path campsite. Great for decompressing and a great night's sleep. The sites are large, grassy, and hard surfaces available. As soon as we arrived and had a look round, a young man came by to ask if all was well and to point out the water spigot. Because it's off the beaten path, bring food for your stay. I didn't see a washer or dryer, but that's not always needed. The bathrooms were very cozy, and I loved them! It felt like being in my grandma's bathroom! Nothing fancy but clean, and everything worked well. I would definitely stay here again. Also dog, sheep, cow, geese, and duck friendly!β
βExcellent little b&b. Hosts wonderful, comfortable room and great location. Will definitely use again if in the area (only small thing, no shampoo / shower gel in bathroom so will need to bring your own when staying)β
βWe've just moved out of the area and we're gutted to take our pup out of Dexters as she has settled so well and Andrea takes such good care of the pups - we're missing the pup days already. We have a very timid pup and she really grew in confidence with Andrea. We saw a few different set ups and knew immediately this was right for us - great space for the dogs to play, lots of love through the day and great photos showing how much fun everyone is having. I know as nervous pup owner finding the right place is so important but I can 100% recommend Dexters and Andrea.β
βPoppy had another amazing stay with Aunty Sharon. She also gave her the best groom she's ever had. You are the best Sharon, lots of licks from Poppyβ
βI had a wonderful dining experience at The Partridge after a walk around Marbury Park. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. They were also very accommodating to us with dogs, staff also giving them a fuss and a biscuit each (we had 3 spaniels), which created a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. Overall, a lovely meal and an enjoyable visit. Will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend the βPartridge buddha bowl with added Halloumiβ which tasted delicious.β
βVery warm welcome on arrival. The room very clean and spacious a fabulous breakfast in the morning - just what was needed for my long journey back down to Somerset. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if up in the area. Erikaβ
βGreat venue for our friends wedding! Good selection of drinks and the bars, room was a lovely setting with the flower wall! Other spaces for the drinks reception and food was great too! Nice outdoor area too, spacious areas to hang out in.β
