   Up this way for work. Booked for me, so glad they pick the school house. A very warm welcome given the tour by Gary give me the lay of the land and places I might need to know. Omg breakfast was awesome. Roo. Nice and cozy and had everything you need bed was comfy too. bathroom amazing shower was brilliant. The next time I am up this way I'll ask to stay here

   Really good value for money B&B with a fun theme that isn't overdone. Breakfast was tasty and the owners friendly. Location near the motorway (but not too near) is convenient for a stop-over.

   Excellent little b&b. Hosts wonderful, comfortable room and great location. Will definitely use again if in the area (only small thing, no shampoo / shower gel in bathroom so will need to bring your own when staying)

   I’ve been staying at the school house for nearly a year now. Helen and Gary have treated me like a friend and member of their family and I couldn’t of asked for any more. Fantastic experience. What more can I say. Looks like I’m staying here a little bit longer.

   One of the best b&b's i've ever stayed at. The building is lovely both inside and out and the room was very cosy and spotless. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection to choose from. The owners, Garry & Helen were so friendly and helpful. We were there for a local music festival in August, which we are returning to next year, so we have already booked our room at this lovely place. I would highly recommend this b&b to anyone who is thinking about it.

   My two pals,1 young son and myself booked in after by chance looking when our usual holiday inn was full. Well we've already booked for our next trip because...spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely rooms, a full English to die for, endless filtered coffee, and above all made to feel welcome. Communication between Helen and myself was easy and quick,the fact we were going to be late because of traffic was dismissed and just told to be safe. I've been in business for 35 years in the public sector and to find this level of service and a gem such as this wonderful guest house refreshing. Can't wait for Garry's breakfast again in November, thank you both. Andy
