“Transferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!”

“10/10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and spa. Lots of free parking available on arrival we were offered a complimentary cookie (vegan and gluten free option available) which was a lovely touch. The spa was beautiful and treatments were amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food in the garden room was amazing thanks to the chef James and our server Ava was amazing and made sure my dietary requirements were met. Breakfast was also great. Overall 10/10 experience and I’ll be back”

“The hotel is easy to access, and check in via Donna on reception was friendly and she had me checked in quickly. Car registrations need to be added into an iPad in reception to avoid a parking ticket. Donna also offered me a list of restaurants and local takeaways as the restaurant is closed for renovations. There is a McDonald’s next door, which does a job. There’s a coffee machine that’s free to use, with complimentary croissants in reception. Rooms are a good standard and spotlessly clean, with free toiletries via a wall mounted bottles. The free Wi-Fi is terrible and completely unusable.”

Kerry and Zach organised a small breakfast bag for me when they didn’t have to. They also switched on the coffee machine for a takeaway coffee. A lovely gesture. “I can't believe this is only a 2 star rated hotel. The room I stayed in was superb, great decor and clean. I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but walked through this area to the check-in desk. Judging by what I saw I would have no problem dining or drinking at this hotel. Service at check-in was good, no problems. There is an area to the right of the hotel with ample car parking.”

“Check n was very straight forward. We were asked if we were party of the wedding party, which we were not. Gab on reception immediately changed our room as it has allocated us one where the wedding group were staying, so that our room would be quieter. And it was. Our room was extremely quite and comfortable. And the rooms are beautifully decorated. And the bed was super comfortable. It was actually a shame we stayed for only 1 night. Id definitely stay here again.”
