Spacious and clean rooms, great food, impeccable service. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Hotel in a nice spot, whatever you ask you get provided for shortly. Can't put my finger on one single negative aspect even when if I try. Don't hesitate to book if you come across with this hotel I can firmly say you won't regret it.

Do not stay here, I booked a hotel at this place and at night the manger got on top of the roof and started staring through my window, Iβve also rang the police and they said they will get it sorted out for us but I still donβt know how this manager is still working here The room was nice but thereβs a ton of dust on top of the pictures and fresh new clean towels on the floor

Basically, I would not classify it as a hotel. It should be a some kind of motel or even a guest house. It provides only a very limited amenities in the room. No slippers, no mini bar, no safe box. One unbelievable thing was when I got into the room, I saw the smoke detector was covered by an old sock. Don't expect much on it. Cheers!

Arrived at this place and left after 10 mins. Hallway was clustered with an old broken kitchen dishwasher. Water leaking from roof no wet signs, room was dirty and bugs in bed. Then 3 men argue at the door felt unsafe checked out and went to a Hilton

Lovely en suite room. Brilliant Indian food in the restauran, freshly cooked. The Continental breakfast left something to be desired. We'd go back again though.

Stayed here due to a mix up with another hotel booking for the night. The hotel is tired and there is a lack of cleaning and checking rooms before issue to new customers. The carpets to the rooms are stained, there is a smell of damp in areas, there was a sock over the fire alarm in my room, the pictures on the walls were all squint and the shower was not draing properly. For the same price Travel Lodge or Premier Inn's are far better.

The name of the hotel is now "9 Curries". There's plenty of free parking and all the staff are very friendly. The staff work very hard and are constantly on the go. Nothing was any trouble for the staff. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The owners are fortunate to have dedicated staff - it made our stay. We ate in the evening at the 9 Curries restaurant and everything was excellent. Portion sizes and quality was very good. If we lived local, we'd return. The hotel room (honeymoon suite - we got a great offer - we've been married 35 yes! Lol) was a good size, with a sofa, clean and the shower was lovely. The hotel needed a revamp though. The step tracks on the edge of each thread creaked very badly. The deco was extremely dated. Our room faced inwards to a square looking into the middle of the hotel. Food in the restaurant finished approximately at 10.30 for cooking. But the loud extraction fan we're extremely noisy and we had to close the windows on a warm night. The fans stopped at midnight. This did spoil the evening for us. But we stayed to go to a local event the following day ( Arley Hall - 25 minutes away - an excellent garden festival).

Pleasant and kind staff! Unfortunately the food this visit was only average, Iβd say a star up from a ready-meal. Dishes were presented nicely and looked lovely but were just a little short of seasoning and taste? Maybe the meat is a little too βwetβ when going into dishes making the bottoms a little soggy? Portion sizes were good value tho and the meal was on the whole enjoyable.

I can't believe this is only a 2 star rated hotel. The room I stayed in was superb, great decor and clean. I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but walked through this area to the check-in desk. Judging by what I saw I would have no problem dining or drinking at this hotel. Service at check-in was good, no problems. There is an area to the right of the hotel with ample car parking.

We came for the restaurant and were very pleased with the service. My two children and I were very happy with the food and the kids ate most all of their meals. I finished every single bit and my steak was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.
