   I've stayed in over 40 premier inn's and this hotel was pretty good! Check in was no problem (even though we arrived at 10pm). My dad helped with an incident and we got free breakfast! We booked a family room and the beds were really comfy. The window could also open in the room (because sometimes the rooms can get a bit stuffy). The hotel is easy to access from the M6 and it had a lift! Most premier inn's that aren't in city centers don't have lifts but this one did! Overall I definitely recommend staying here because the staff are extremely kind!

   Good place for a quiet weekend away. I had to edit my review. Got a parking ticket for the time I stayed there, even though you are entitled to free parking. I gave my registration to the front desk person as requested and didn't think more of it. Until today. Sent an email to the hotel requesting a return call to discuss the issue, was ignored. Now I m handing this to my solicitor. Fell very short of scammed...

   The hotel is easy to access, and check in via Donna on reception was friendly and she had me checked in quickly. Car registrations need to be added into an iPad in reception to avoid a parking ticket. Donna also offered me a list of restaurants and local takeaways as the restaurant is closed for renovations. There is a McDonald’s next door, which does a job. There’s a coffee machine that’s free to use, with complimentary croissants in reception. Rooms are a good standard and spotlessly clean, with free toiletries via a wall mounted bottles. The free Wi-Fi is terrible and completely unusable.

   Room was spotless, bed wonderful, towels fluffy & thick. Had a really comfortable couple of nights there & would recommend. They are refurbishing their restaurant so expect it will be even better then. Although quite basic with no frills it was terrific value for money.

   This Is one of the best Premier inn we've stayed in & we stay at many. Reception staff are super friendly. Rooms clean & functional. Great large tv. Clean bathroom. Extra tea/coffee if you ask. Great pub/restaurant next door. Stayed here 5 times already so far this year. Building could do with painting outside, looking a bit tired from outside but lovely inside. Large free car park.

   I loved my 10 night stay, honestly super super clean, very comfortable beds, even the halls were kept super clean, staff were super helpful and welcoming, honestly best place I’ve stayed at ever. Not even one complain about my room, i could walk around my room with no shoes or socks because of how much trust i had in them. Honestly 10/10 all together thank you very much. Recommend it best hotel ever, dont go to holiday inn express!
