We had a wonderful stay!! We stayed in the Daresbury Suite, gorgeous room equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, plenty of parking and close to the bars and shops

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique studio. The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The attention to detail made it feel warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that set it apart from other places we’ve stayed. The location was ideal, giving us both peace and quiet while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout — we really felt well looked after. A perfect choice for anyone wanting a stylish and comfortable boutique stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

The only good thing about this place was the location, the room was freezing and the heating didn’t work. I booked a 2 night stay and on the second day even with a DND sign on the door I was awoken by banging on the door and being asked to check out even though I wasn’t due to check out until the day after, the room also had a really bright green light directly facing the bed that made it hard to sleep.

I did not realize when I booked NO lift! got there & was not happy!  As my sister & I have various disabilities.  I made it up the stairs to my room, as I was too tired to try & find another place.   Actually, I'm glad I did not look. Staff was super friendly & understanding in my melt down of no lift. Though I have never been anywhere that had a no reception hotel, it all worked out flawless. Rooms were spacious, a nice kitchen area with all you need: Cooktop, microwave, dishes, fridge, freezer. The bathroom with a rain shower, also a radiator in the bathroom could heat my towels :-) plenty of storage space. In the center of town, walking distance to Golden Square Mall, Warrington Town Hall among other places.  Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.  Did uber to get some food for the room. I will stay here when I go back to England to see my family.    I have stayed at several hotels in England & was severely disappointed..  This place was honestly spot on!Lisa & husband Danny were HUGE help for myself & my sister.  Bless them! my ONLY issue besides NO lift is dishes were high for my 5'2" height & closet was tad hard to hand clothes for me.. If you can handle stairs this place is a must for leisure or work!  I can't see you being disappointed at all.   I am upfront on what I write & review & say how I feel.

Transferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!

A chique, boutiqe hotel that is decorated to a very good standard. Cleanliness is second to none. Spotless everywhere.

The keyless access system’s a bit daunting and the room lock required the phone to be oriented differently to the three entry locks. Fortunately help is just a phone call way. Apart from that the room was smart, modern, clean, warm and well appointed. The mattress was lovely! In the bathroom I thought the basin was stylishly but impracticably small. Location is excellent for eateries and the theatre. I’d use it again.

The bed is comfortable - just 2 small chairs - the kitchen is adequate for a ready meal or something on toast - good sized fridge - excellent shower. But I would definitely describe it as a room with kitchen facilities not an apartment. Sadly, we hadn’t read the entry requirements properly - we had to stand outside to register then download an app to gain access to the hotel - there was a very helpful cleaner, but no receptionist - we eventually rang the manager who gave us access - we then completed the process. You must have a smart phone. We were in room 15 which is up a few flights of stairs. The hotel is very central - easy walk into town - lots of shops and restaurants. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but I’m sure it would suit lots of people.
