Didn't stay in premium Inn...sister in law and husband did...the ship Inn next door was excellent nice food and good quality service..lovely atmosphere....
I have been staying at this Premier Inn for 2 to 4 nights a week for almost a year due to working in the area. Tracy and her team are nothing but amazing. Always happy and helpful, nothing is a problem, even down to giving me the same room for every stay. The team are a credit to Premier Inn,
Radiator made wierd noises for 10 minutes through the night. 4 night next to no sleep and I was working. Also went back as I left my phone charger and the cleaning staff made it dissappear. Would not recomendo at all.
Tracy and her team are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean and we had a walk in shower which was very beneficial for my Wife who has osteoarthritis. Bedding and towels all fresh and clean. Unlimited tea and coffee at hand and free wi-fi, will be back again.
We ended up booking this hotel last minute—just hours before check-in—after a disappointing experience with our Airbnb. Despite the short notice, the staff at Premier Inn Rainhill were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Dave, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel is small and located a bit far from the city centre, but the area is peaceful and well-connected, making it a convenient choice if you're okay with a short commute. Dave made a real difference—he was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience that turned a stressful day into a comfortable one. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Liverpool!

Always a good stay,friendly staff, clean rooms. Handy pub next door for casual dinner and drinks not noisy if you are worried.
Four night stay this week for a family reunion we have stayed here before and it’s still good great beds and warm clean rooms in a quiet area to walk out in the breakfast barn just the other side of the motorway island is fantastic
Google directed us to drive to Porter Close which is actually an area of private houses with no walking path to the hotel. The only way in is thru then behind Ship Inn. Clean room in a quiet area. Helpful and courteous staffers. Pleasant short stay.
Outstanding hotel and staff, we stayed here on Sunday night but we had to cut our holiday short early due to our daughter not being able to tolerate the new environment due to her autism, we phoned before hand to advise that we’re travelling with a disabled child and they gave us the biggest room in the hotel and also left some chocolate and biscuits to make our stay a little easier. First night in the hotel was great best nights sleep we had, we were sad that we had to go but we will for sure come back when my daughter is more comfortable staying away from home.
