“Simply excellent in all aspects of our dining experience. We stayed for two nights, eating in the 3 star restaurant on the first night and the 1 star restaurant on our second night. Both were exceptional. They are very clever chefs who ensure the dining experience is perfect. I would absolutely recommend Moor Hall to everyone, it's special.”
“Great little restaurant. Good food, friendly staff. Value for money. Probably would advise reserving due to how small it is.”
“Really good food and staff was so friendly and welcoming.”
“Truly the most amazing, exquisitely prepared and flavoursome English Sunday roast I've ever had. Astonishingly good. Kudos to the chef”
“Lovely food, welcoming staff as always”
“Food and shakes are so good! Plus the staff are really friendly and were very good with my peanut allergy. Didn't make me feel like a burden like some other places do. Will definitely be back again! Thank you :)”

“Finally booked for Sunday dinner as few people had said they were lovely. omg would highly recommend it was delicious we as a couple are quite fussy, it’s the roast potatoes for me and wow they were perfect, we went for the beef roast dinner and 100% be back again! The only thing I could criticise is were we sat it was a bit cold so had to sit with our jackets on whilst eating. But still wouldn’t put me off from booking again.”
“I was visiting the area and popped in to grab some food to takeaway, after it being recommended in a hair salon down the road. What lovely staff, what speedy service and what utterly delicious food. Highly recommended!”
“A little Indian restaurant in Prescot. There's loads of free parking just around the corner. The menu is extensive and the service is excellent. They don't have a licence, so bring your own booze. The Pepsi is served in cans The food is fresh, hot and bloody tasty with decent sized portions 3 meals, 6 poppadoms with dips, 2 cans of Pepsi £58”
“Although very busy lovely chinese and viernamese food with great service.”
“Food is so light and airy it’s almost none existent. Only given 4 stars for service as I have been waiting 18 months for someone to take my order. As for the atmosphere it’s rather quiet and echoey , you could hear a pin drop.”
“Domino’s is quick, convenient, and delicious. Pizza bases are baked perfectly with a soft center. Cheese is gooey and toppings are fresh. Sides like garlic bread, pasta and wings complement the pizza. Offers make ordering economical. Delivery is prompt and reliable. The packaging keeps the pizza warm. Perfect for family meals or friends’ hangouts. Menu caters to vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Always satisfying and enjoyable.”
“Such helpful staff on the phone understanding all my daughter’s allergy needs. Even found a bread she can eat. The whole family agreed it’s the best Indian we’ve had in long time.”
“Forget your standard takeaway; Rosie's Restaurant and Takeaway is where Liverpool goes to get an authentic flavour punch straight from West Africa! If you’re ready to dive into a world of heat and heart, this is your spot. Their Jollof Rice is the star of the show—smoky, spicy, and everything that rice dish should be. Pair it with tender spiced Goat meat or some beautifully cooked Tilapia for a dish that’s guaranteed to silence a crowd (in a good way!). Grab a Pepper Soup—it's less a soup and more a fiery, aromatic broth that will clear your sinuses and make your taste buds sing. If you're a fan of traditional Nigerian "swallow" dishes, their Pounded Yam and Egusi Soup are hearty, authentic, and truly satisfying. The staff are warm, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the value is great. Just be warned: the food is so good, you might find yourself immediately planning your next visit before you've even finished your first plate! Vist now and thank me later!”
“Staff are always super helpful and friendly mostly.. a bit more of a variety after weeks on the same menu it gets a little boring, however it serves a lot of people throughout the day so I imagine that’s not easy to satisfy everyone.”
“Great to eat in or take out. Authentic Thai food, the pineapple fried rice is incredible. Got is through COVID as our weekly treat.”
“Came for a quick brunch I ordered the mini breakfast which came with toast. Nice breakfast no grease and everything was cooked well”
“Great barbershop girls are great and they have great hairdressing skills”
“Excellent food. Wonderful staff, especially the female Sommelier. Two stand out dishes - Duck liver parfait was brilliant as was the chocolate tart. There’s a nice outdoor area to have a drink before your meal, so I recommend going early if it’s a nice day. There’s a small car park and an onsite hotel.”
“Best prepared meals I have ever tried. The portions are also large enough and not like other companies, I have tried in the past which were tiny. Absolutely value for money and very tasty meals. From me it s a 10!”
“Amazing food, has become a favourite now & we won't go anywhere else. The char sui fried rice is the best I've ever had & the portions are really good sizes too. Definitely recommend”
“Amazing place. Very delicious food, good price, lovely staff. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will come here again and again. Thank you!”
“The setting is great, laid back yet high quality. Range of food and drinks are brilliant especially the cold coffees! Food is always high standard and served quickly. Staff are boss especially Danielle who always goes above and beyond.”
“I had a fantastic experience at "The Railway Cafe." The food was truly delightful, and the service was exceptional. What made it even more special was the unexpected treat of a complimentary hash brown. This gesture displayed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff were amazing, providing friendly and attentive service throughout my visit. What's more, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially considering how expensive other eateries are in the local area. I highly recommend "The Railway Cafe" to anyone looking for a delicious meal, excellent service, and great value for money. It's definitely worth a visit!”
“This little Cafe, is the heart of our community in Dovecot. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, we need places like the little pink cafe, and Tony and the gang to allow our community to function. I have been a customer of theirs since it opened many years ago and I would be lost without them. I work full time and every year they make sure that I have everything I need on tap to prepare Christmas dinner for my family, I don’t have to worry about running around the shops fighting for turkey and veg , they supply the lot l. 8:30 am, every Christmas Eve I go into the pink cafe and they have my order waiting ready for me to pick up. Super service of super people. Big ups to the Pink Cafe! Xxx”
“Been hearing good things about this little place so decided to try and I'm glad I did. Ordered the station breakfast and it was a top quality breakfast. Every item was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. The eggs Benedict with ham hock was also top class . The ham wasn't salty and flaked apart tender. And the coffee was freshly ground and tasted so fresh and tasty . The hot chocolate was not too sweet and didn't taste artificial just super creamy and comfy. The caramel and apple cake was amazing also. Try this place out and support you local business as worth every penny. Ps took a sausage roll for after and it was the best one around, if you remember rays the baker sausage rolls well very similar but bigger and meatier and not as salty . Boss with brown sauce.”
