“Tis I, Sir Radley the 1st of Knowsley. I would like to thank you for a delightful 11 days that I have spent with your goodselves whilst Fair Maiden Trisha has taken the waters of the land called Ang-le-sea. (Alas, she still has not sighted any dragons.) I am "chillaxed" as the young humans say, fully rested from my battle training and I am looking forward to the next time we meet. Good food, good company to joust with and the full attention of you, Sir Craig and the lovely Lady Vicki. I shall bid you adieu until we meet again and hand you to My Fair Maiden Trisha. Radley is purring up a storm and totally relaxed, as always when he comes home. I have no worries while I'm away about Radley's welfare. I know after my own, he is in the best and safest hands. When he 1st stayed, I honestly thought I'd been given a different cat, he was so relaxed. Thanks "Sir Craig" and "Lady Vicki" for looking after my boy and we'll see you again soon.”

“Staff were very attentive to Merlin my cocker spaniel who was very excited. Staff are friend and welcoming. The vet took her time demonstrated her knowledge by answering ours questions and providing reasurance. The environment was clean and welcoming.”

We have had quite a few people stopping us on our walks and asking where we have him groomed . He has even started having his teeth cleaned which had fantastic results from the first session. “Simply excellent in all aspects of our dining experience. We stayed for two nights, eating in the 3 star restaurant on the first night and the 1 star restaurant on our second night. Both were exceptional. They are very clever chefs who ensure the dining experience is perfect. I would absolutely recommend Moor Hall to everyone, it's special.”

“I was let down by a last minute cancellation by another dog groomer (an incident out of anyones control) So I googled dog groomers local to me and I found this place. It is an excellent place to take your dog. Very friendly & helpful staff who cater for your pets needs. I have a working cocker spaniel and was really happy with the job they did. “Friendly staff. Access is brilliant for the disabled. Plenty of variety of foods available. If you spend over £25 in store then free delivery to your home is available. Outside there is a taxi rank if you do not have a car and the drivers are happy to help you load the bags. Some will even take your trolley back in for you.”

“Even when you can't find medication in ANY Boots store, I've had no issues here as even with low stock levels they've been able to order from a supplier for the next day. I find at Boots etc the staff make minimal effort to help, you get a much better service here.”

“Brilliant service from Phil and Luam. Rooms fresh and clean. As a wheelchair user the most important thing for me is accessibility and wow the roo. Was accessible. Room clean, bathroom clean. Housekeeping staff excellent. Chef superb and nothing too much trouble. I hope to come back soon.”

“Typical Village Hotel Club situated in Whiston and with easy access to the M62 and M57. The hotel has a large car park with electric car chargers available. The hotel has a club attached with gym and swimming pool as well as a lively bar serving food with big screens for sporting events. Function rooms are also available. The rooms are reasonably large and tastefully decorated and comfortable. Large screen TV with Sky Sports included in the room. All making for a very pleasant stay”

“Boots at cables is always a lovely experience the staff on tills and pharmacy are lovely, patient and kind on every occasion. I am in there getting click and collect or prescription medication often. It’s a very busy store serving a continuously growing populated area. Trusted named pharmacy for a reason. Would recommend and always get fabulous bargains in store or on the app.”

“I would highly recommend Wagging Tails to anyone looking for a dog walker in the area. Previously, our dog was very nervous, not coming downstairs and was reluctant to go out for walks with a dog walker. Gee listened to everything we said carefully, was patient and reassuring with Pablo and over time has built up the most amazing relationship with him. Now, Pablo trots down the stairs with excitement, loves cuddles on the sofa and enjoys his various walks with Gee. Gee is reliable, turns up on time, communicates regularly with us and sends us lots of photos and videos from the walk. Thank you for looking after him so well, I’m so glad we found you!”
