    I picked up my prescription yesterday with items missing. I called today to tell them. I was advised I can't get my tablets without a consultation as its a controlled substance. I was already annoyed as what you get given is ment to be correct. When I got there I gave my name an advised what had happened. The assistant had nothing to say an was getting tablets. I asked about the consultation which she didn't know about. Then assistant checked with someone else an said no I dont need to and handed me the prescription. I missed one of my days on the tablets as a result. As a result I had an awful night. Then today made out as if its my mistake and I will have to prove it somehow. Then when they realise they didn't give me what they ment to they didn't even acknowledge anything. No apology. Really think this is very bad. Alot of staff are lovely and they are very busy and are usually very good.

    Boots at cables is always a lovely experience the staff on tills and pharmacy are lovely, patient and kind on every occasion. I am in there getting click and collect or prescription medication often. It’s a very busy store serving a continuously growing populated area. Trusted named pharmacy for a reason. Would recommend and always get fabulous bargains in store or on the app.

    Went to pay for my purchase at the tills and both staff left to go and get a click and collect order leaving at least 15 people waiting . Extraordinary concidering sales are the best way of keeping a company going. I walked out as did 3 others. Why isn't there someone available to do the collections. One staff member was picking stickers off shelves. Definitely won't be going back

    Went to pick up click and collect. Sale assistant took my order number but then informed me she had to serve the other customers first. Had to wait 10 minutes before she went and got my order. Was informed there was nobody else a available to help. Got home and was surprised how much packaging for just a small bottle of perfume.

    Dreadful pharmacy staff, they talk to customers like little hitlers, a member of staff took my prescription, told me to come back in half an hour, and then left it behind the counter. Then I had to wait yet again for them to do it, will be changing my chemist, very stressful, no customer service.

    Parking ok for picking up pre ordered stuff ,reasonably well stocked for smaller shop.

    Wanting to purchase perfume. Waiting for 15 minutes only 2 members of staff on the shop floor. 1 was helping a customer with makeup and the other was with another customer. 2 other members of staff wete both on the tills. Ended up walking out

    I had to discuss a product with Hayley, No. 7 and Angie the assistant store manager, they were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and lovely to deal with. A couple of days later I had to call back and spoke with Francessca. This young lady was more than lovely. She was so helpful, so informative, so polite and again an absolute pleasure to speak to. I've always loved this store as all the staff are amazing so thank you ladies and gents, keep up the great customer service!
